Poor Al. Maybe he needs to fasten his chin strap.

Like we used to say in basketball on the playground.....no blood, no foul.

Chancellor made a great play, but the Refs saved seattle's season. When the ball got punched out of Calvin Johnson's hands, if it had went over the end line on it's own, it was a touchback. But watch the replay and you will see Seattle's db Wright bat the ball over the end line.......Lions should have retained possession and had ball on half yard line.

Lions defense was amazing, as well QB Wilson for seattle for extending plays....but Russell Wilson did fumble the ball twice.

Lions got screwed.

How horrible

?
Daniel Fells’ NFL career — and long-term health — could be in serious jeopardy as a result of a dangerous infection.

The New York Giants tight end has been battling methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), a highly contagious staph infection he reportedly contracted earlier this month after he received a cortisone shot to treat an ankle injury.

Fells’ wife took the 32-year-old to the hospital on Oct. 2 with a 104-degree fever. There, doctors found Fells had contracted MRSA. He has had five surgeries since that time, a source told NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, and more surgeries are expected as doctors try to save Fells’ foot, which could be at risk if the infection spreads.

Here's some travel in music zig...lol

I'm a travelin' man
I've made a lot of stops all over the world
And in every part I own the heart
Of at least one lovely girl

I've a pretty seniorita waiting for me
Down in old mexico
If you're ever in alaska stop and see
My cute little eskimo

Oh my sweet fraulien down in berlin town
Makes my heart start to yearn
And my china doll down in old hong kong
Waits for my return

Pretty polynesian baby over the sea
I remember the night
When we walked in the sands of the waikiki
And I held you oh so tight

------ instrumental break ------

Oh my sweet fraulien down in berlin town
Makes my heart start to yearn
And my china doll down in old hong kong
Waits for my return

Pretty polynesian baby over the sea
I remember the night
When we walked in the sands of the waikiki
And I held you oh so tight

Oh, I'm a travelin' man
Yes, I'm a travelin' man

What a gift! The Eagles own the Giants and they have owned them for quite awhile. I rarely, and I mean rarely, bet a favorite in any sport because that is the recipe for losing money but tonight I followed the smart money as I always do and the sharps moved the line from the Eagles -3 to -4 about 15 minutes before kickoff and it was an easy winner chicken dinner.

The NFC East sucks with:

Eagles 3-3
Giants 3-3
Cowboys 2-3
Redskins 2-4

I said before the season started that the winner of the NFC East would finish either 9-7 or 8-8 and I haven't changed my opinion about that one bit.

But Sorp, you believe in OMENS like starting 0-2 and winning the Super Bowl, right?

The Giants are the 13th best team in the NFL right now and 40 to 1 to win the Super Bowl but a lot of things can happen between now and the end of the season. Next week the Giants might be the best team in the NFC East again because they've got the Cowboys at home while the Eagles play at the Panthers. Then when the Cowboys get healthy again they might be the best team in the NFC East even though it will be too late for them. This is why the winner of the NFC East will be 9-7 or 8-8 according to most of the NFL experts.

All teams have injuries and perhaps the injured giants will return by bye, probably too late but I don't think JPP will play another down for giants ...against run they're not bad but with pass no rush and def backfield suspect...notice no team has a decent def lineman on their practice squards and giants don't find them as FAs either...if you draft one you Betta be a sucky team then a mediocrity type team they are...Fuhgeddabouit

I didn't know this until I was looking over some of the various stats in the NFL today and the Giants are last in the entire NFL in pass defense. The Skins are about last in everything else.

Joe, I don't even know how to begin in describing your Ravens because they have too much talent to be playing the way they are playing. Before the season started I thought they would be a legit playoff team.

The Orioles let you down, the Ravens are letting you down, but you've got Maryland coming up in college basketball and they are suppose to be loaded this year.

online now!

Yes, but the Viqueens haven't started playing. They sure sucked against KC. If they don't play better than that next week then Detroit will surely win the game.

(Tommy) The Terps really look good. I will have fun watching them play. The Ravens will be very lucky if they can make 8-8 this season.

Joe, I live in the heart of ACC country and I really hated to see the Terps leave the ACC for the Big 10. Although the ACC is still very good it's just not the same without Maryland in it.

If the Ravens can finish 8-8 they will show great improvement from where they are at right now, and who knows, that might even get them a wild card in the playoffs in the crazy NFL.

The betting public will never win because they will always love favorites.

Arizona was favored tonight by 8 1/2 and they won by 8. What a betting line that Las Vegas put out!

Week 7 in the NFL was completed tonight and in Week 7 the DOGS covered 7 games and won 3 of these games straight up for money line bettors.
