Well I can't speak for all black women. I can't even speak for some.
So just speaking for myself, I grew up in an all white neighborhood in Nebraska, basically a town inside a corn field. There weren't many black people, and most of the black boys I went to school with wanted nothing to do with me, cause I was black and they wanted something else other then that. I got use to hanging around nerdy white guys. They were nice to me & fun to be with. Once I grew up and moved and away I dated all kinds black, whites, Hispanic, Asian, ect... But I still find myself gravitating back to that nerdy shy white guy who's nice to me. There are good guys & bad guys in every race, creed, nationality, and religion. But I think it boils down to is, who makes you feel comfortable enough to be yourself around, and they accept you & make you happy.

To answer the question presented in the title, I can only give the statement that was told to me by a black man.

His exact words were: "Some black women would rather date a hard-working white man. They get tired of dealing with these younger black men. Many of those men are lazy, they are entitled, and black women don't want to deal with that."

I believe you made that up and no one told you that. A lot of black women that go to white guys in a lot of cases generally don't like them. They just do it after they chose so many of the wrong black men and decide that all black men are the same. So they either turn gay or want white men only. It's never been a case of a white men being an option or an object of affection. It's usually more of I'm going to use this white guy to save me. Same as when you have black men that go towards white women. It's usually I'm going to use this white woman to validate me. Not saying this is every situation, but trust me it's a truth a lot of black people do not want to admit to.

I could gladly refer you to my former co-worker on Facebook, if you really feel like confirming that I am speaking a truth of what I observed someone saying to me.

As we know, the "Law of Attraction" plays one of the largest roles in who we attract to us. Now, let's take a look at how that plays into my aforementioned comment.

Take an independent, black woman, with a strong work ethic and strong personal convictions to overcome becoming a product of her environment. She will attract any man with similar thought patterns, which includes BUT ISN'T LIMITED TO: Hard working white men

Your statement as well as the so called black guy comes off as if only white men are hard working and black men are lazy. Which is totally incorrect and foolish to even believe so. Even if that was the case these black women usually pick certain type of black men. The black men that fit the same characteristics of being hard working like the white men are usually overlooked. Why? Simply because he doesn't display certain type of a bad boy appeal. A white man doesn't have to conform to that to her because she feels his money makes up for it. So what a white man can perceived to do financially in most cases is the reason for the attraction.

But the flip side of that some of these same black women that you see as less temperamental display the exact opposite towards black men. Black people especially black women have the tendency to act differently around white people especially white men. I'm guessing it's because they don't want white men to be like well I guess the attitude thing was true. If you could be black for a day and see the difference in how some black women act towards black men and white men you would know what I'm talking about.

Are you sure this is not the simple difference that exists between genuine persons and phoney ones?

For example I know bunch of people belonging to any race who act differently according if they are dealing with rich people or with poor people.

Most people in this world change attitude according with whom they are dealing, but is because they are fake people. And I don't think it refers specifically to black women.

I dated a woman recently who was born in Ivory Coast, raised in London, educated in Europe & US. She dates white guys (mostly) because that's what she's used to & she finds them attractive. She makes fantastic money, is fun to be around & quiite beautiful.
She can, and does, date whomever the hell she chooses.
Then she moved to Colorado, dammit.
Which just might be the "whitest" state in the US.
