It seems to me that when you actually LOVE the person you are with it doesn't matter so much if the sex skills are evenly matched in the beginning or NOT. It's all about learning what each other like and having the openness and willing to do these things for each other. However, I suppose you have to have a clue what you really like in order to explain things to that person.
Also... certain body shapes will never work together no matter what... so don't even bother trying. The sex will suck. But other than that everyone is capable of growing and improving as a lover.
