I read Move2themusic's thread about people having profiles that say that they're just here for the forums and I being single/unattached/available have my own opinion on that. But then coincidentally along comes Inknpink's & Capam13's thread about how they're "deleting for love" because they found each other.
So I have to ask... why are you still on this dating site if you are married or have a boyfriend/girlfriend? Why haven't you "deleted for love"?
Honestly, and I'm sure this is going to piss a lot of people off, why should I as a truly single/unattached/available female have to try to figure out which male forum posters are available and which ones are already taken? How is that fair? Same goes for the available male posters on here as well... why should they have to try to figure out which women are already taken??
I know some people have made friends here, but is this the only place to talk? Why can't the truly single/unattached/available singles have their own place to hang out, which is really what this forum is supposed to be about anyways.

probably because a few other members think they are in charge so they get to say when and if we have a place to talk and tell us who or who not to talk to like they are trying to regulate things. they send nasty emails to people because someone is talking and talking to someone else they dont like. they chastise u in the forums for liking n talking to someone they dispise...

It's bullshit if someone is married or in a relationship and does not clearly state it on their profile .. In my opinion .. or their profile name  Marriedandcheating
I was on here with my boyfriend (now ex) .. he had full access to my profile.
Where do you think people should who have built posting friendships with ... communicate if not here 
I would think most would feel more comfortable if those friendships remain in public on a forum, than be taken offline say via phone or in person ... if in a relationship
If I ever have another relationship and I'm still posting here .. I'm not going to stop just because I'm in a relationship ... just as I would not give up anything else I enjoy ... never again. Accept me as I am or don't

There are thousands of other forums you could be posting on together if that's something you really like to do. This singles site isn't the only forum out there.

That's kinda harsh ... but then why are you posting in the forums at all sweets? I mean if it matters where someone is from that you are chatting on the forums with and all
I am not looking to date or hook up ... nor am I in a relationship. I am single.
But maybe you should consider this .. every once in a while, there are some unique people that come along that might actually have interest in helping to facilitate or help bring together other posters ...
For me personally, I just happened upon this site 4 years ago when I was becoming a single person. It's kind of like going to your favorite hang out spot .. be it a bar, restaurant, gym, dog park .. what ever ...
and if the site were JUST for singles, there would not be a choice of "in a relationship" or "married" .. just saying
I like posting with you .. My feelings are kind of hurt
