So let's get down to basics. Someone sets up a profile on a dating site. What are they there for? To date. So you meet someone and start a serious relationship with them. Why still be on the dating site, are you not focused on the one you've chosen? want to keep your options open? like all the male attention you get via emails and in the forum?

I'm not stupid, I know what's going on. Any woman here of even the most basic attractiveness is getting hammered by men every day. I also find it soooo interesting that it seems like most of the men would delete their profile if they found someone, yet the women wouldn't. Actually that doesn't surprise me a bit.

I read Move2themusic's thread about people having profiles that say that they're just here for the forums and I being single/unattached/available have my own opinion on that. But then coincidentally along comes Inknpink's & Capam13's thread about how they're "deleting for love" because they found each other.

So I have to ask... why are you still on this dating site if you are married or have a boyfriend/girlfriend? Why haven't you "deleted for love"?

Honestly, and I'm sure this is going to piss a lot of people off, why should I as a truly single/unattached/available female have to try to figure out which male forum posters are available and which ones are already taken? How is that fair? Same goes for the available male posters on here as well... why should they have to try to figure out which women are already taken??

I know some people have made friends here, but is this the only place to talk? Why can't the truly single/unattached/available singles have their own place to hang out, which is really what this forum is supposed to be about anyways.

That is exactly why one of my exes still had her dating profiles active while we were in agreement of a "committed relationship". I was nothing more than "Mr. Right Now", because she hadn't been in a relationship in over two years. She used me as leverage to get other, more competitive men, to notice her. That was her way of finding something with better looks and more money, the only two things a woman ever cares about.

Well, pretty much any women under 40, without kids, acts the same way towards men. Always looking for the BBD(Bigger Better Deal). Even when confronted, she never apologized, because she didn't care. She knew she was simply using me, because that is what women do.
