Everyone has preferences....physical and cultural, for sure.... One of the biggest 'fears' that Anglo-white men have had in the United States, is true 'competition' from minority and Black menin particular......that's why Jim Crow was perpetuated in the South in particular......hatred is 'visceral'.....jealousy is abound....whether in competing for economic success, education, or even in leadership positions (politcis anyone ??)........ This country has a solid history of keeping people from 'competing' on a level field....most of this manipulation has emanated from whiteAnglo Men, in the effort to 'insulate' themselves in a 'totem-pole', stratified society..... .......Clearly, this effort extended to social values, interaction, and yes, PARTICULARLY in the BEDROOM ! (lord forbid).....the whiteMan in America has erroneously and constantly FEARED competing 'sexually', because of his own unfounded sexual inadequacies, which most are simply hogwash.....the 'whiteAnglo' woman naturally was curious simply as a human being...but she was being 'instructed' that the non-White/black man was not, in fact 'human', so the white man sets forth yet another dimension of fear, ergo prejudice, which again served to undermine the black man's social standing...even as a human being........very slick stragety, but doomed for failure.......Even now, I have fine upstanding conservative professional friends utter crap about their more qualified 'black' collegues such as: "WELL, THE NEXT THING YOULL SEE HIM WITH AFTER THAT BMW WILL BE A WHITE GIRLFRIEND OR WIFE" ! (yes, I can't tell you how many times I've heard that sort of utterance from so-called fine, thinking and upstanding friends of mine and associates.......make no mistake about it, it bugs the hell out of many otherwise successful white men !.....they hate to see it, but the society norm now is to no to be stupid enough to say it too loudly....the mere thought of their losing ground [sexually] to a virile, handsome, masculine, intelligent AND successful black man or other 'non-white', is just way too much to take sometimes ! The whiteAnglo man KNEW that friendships bring closeness...closeness between genders brings 'desire' of the HUMAN KIND....that is obviously NORMAL......The whiteAnglo man then sought to inculcate and perpetuate lies about minority and/or Black Men in order to 'keep them away' (lol) from their own objects of 'desire'.......his own social 'girlfriends', 'wives' or concubines........he even attempted to 'dominate' the soical lives, minds, economic and political access of his own 'white Anglo women' (through disenfranchise for example)........... Now with the advent of economic success among "non-White" men, the the 'enmanicipation' of his own "white women", he views black men, et al, as 'competitors" (something he has never ever had to deal with, because he has done such a marvelous job at brainwashing, intimidating, or controlling his 'won women' fo so long)..........At one point in our US soical history, the white man constantly and erroneously suggested that ALL black men lusted and wanted to have SEXX with 'their women').......again, sexual relations are at the CRUX of man/woman LTR relationships.....in order to establish FAMILIES........having a large presence of mulatto offspring in his hometown, state, or workplace, just wouldn't sit well, in HIS SCHEME of things.......'halfbreeds' (Indian, multatto, etc) were an 'affront' to his social domination and 'control'........this way of thinking invariably rubbed off on some of his FEMALE OFFSPRING, thus, to this day some echo quai-racist thoughts all the while PROCLAIMING that they are really not racists at all.....scratch the surface, you will find one.....cleverly-cloaked in psuedo-rationality, and beaming 'pride' about being 'white'......others, might as well wear a sheet.... ....keep in mind, Jesus was a non-white, Semitic Jew, a native to an area, even now is populated with zillions of halfbreeds and other various non-whites.....some of these same 'near-Kluxers-in-style' who call themselves "Chrtisians", aren't smart enough to even accept the undisputed fact that they are even worshipping a dark-skinned Jew from Palestine..... I come from a neighborhood where there was ONE black family and maybe 1 one spanish family, and then moved to the little city next door and nearly died when I saw all the races running around. This was due more to a sheltered up bringing than any racism on my parents part. I just hadn't been exposed to other races and was amazed. I've tried to get with a black dude once, but unfortunately he was the gangsta lovin kind of guy and so illiterate my brain nearly leaked from my ears when we talked. I have no idea why he wanted to get with me, i couldn't understand his slang and he couldn't understand half of the words I use in normal conversation. I deff think that issue was more the fact that we had NOTHING in common. I'd be open to a black dude if he was literate and we had things in common. same requirements as for a white dude, chinese dude, japanese dude, spanish dude. MUST speak english, MUST be literate, MUST be able to make me laugh...
