I thought this guy actually liked me, come to find out, he called the same time every time, (super late like 4 a.m.) Stupid me, I would go over there. I really liked him, but he never intended to be together. Just friends and sex. It got old. I felt used, wasting my time when I could be with someone that actually wanted to be in a relationship with me. Never AGAIN!!! I'd rather wait.

I think it happens alot with exes, because you still feel safe with that person, and maybe you hold out for a hope, that your not a failure or that person wants you back in their life.

Sunshine.....girl, glad you decided to unload that one. That is an ok deal if both parties are into it, but some ppl can be dishonest and set others up just so they can have fun at the other person's expense. You seem like you are a cool gal....bet it won't take you long to find a great guy.

i have been FWB with 2 girls. the first was after a bad experience when i wasn't ready to commit. she persuaded me to be friends with benefits after things went farther than we had planned one night. that lasted until she moved away. the second was with a girl i was friends with who had just got out of a bad relationship and wanted some fun. that only lasted a couple weeks before she found another boyfriend. but we both had fun and if i found a girl i trusted that much again who want to be FWB i'd do it again.
