My friend with benefits was also my guide to dating. We would go out together looking for someone for each other. Our deal was to never leave the other one behind If we wanted to hook up with someone we made a date for another time. She was a little flashy and liked the attention we got on the dancefloor. She would point out the women I should go talk to and I often would go up to a guy she was interested in meeting and say "hey I see you been eyein my woman" Then I would let him know that she was my friend and he was welcome to dance with her. Made for a comfortable night out and women seem to notice other women looking at their guy more than guys doso it was nice to get the heads up on who was lookin.

what...i havent seen her in four years, we went to school together for eight months we spent alot of fun together the last month she still calls alot & we're still great friends i spoke to her yesterday morning & from time to time remember how great the sex was...all in all she's a great person to talk to, a great friend

I think it exists more than we think and has for a long time but now we have a catchy name for it.
Would a guy friend be able to just go for snuggling and hugging? Durning some stress filled times a few hours or overnighter of pampering would be wonderful. We are all too old for our old blankee or teddy bear. We suffer from skin starvation with out that kind of human contact...........8 hours of sleep,8 glasses of water,and as many huggs and kisses as you can get.

I had a friend with benefits once. It started out innocently enough...we were both having problems in our respective relationships and we've known each other for years. However, some of my emotional baggage interfered with her desires and now, we don't speak to each other. She's good friends with my children's mother and she always wants my son to play with her son (the boys go to the same preschool). I just don't go over to her house anymore.

I have friends with benifits...works great for me...I think that as longs as both parties know that there is no chance of a "REAL" relationship growing out of it...then why not...finding someone who is "safe" and "clean" these days is getting harder and harder to do...so if you have someone who is aware that there is no "REAL" relationship that will grow.."clean" and 'safe"...why not...we all have itches that have to be scratched...when the day comes that I find the one that I want to settle down with...will then the benifits will be ended...but the friendship will always remain...just because you are single, divorced, widowed, never been married, doesnt mean that you dont have needs that have to be met...I personaly would rather have a friend that I can depend on and know that is there for me in the good times and in the bad...beats a one night stand any day...to me a one night stand makes you look "easy" more so then FWB...at least a FWB...they know you...(well you hope they do) one night stands...now that is the polite defination of a F***k Buddy...Fab

I have had friends with benefits. Sometimes me and some of my guy friends have busy lifes and dont really have time for dating so we just use each other and have friends with benefits so we dont have to go out and look for other people. So its not a myth you just have to find the right friends. Friends with benefits is a great thing if you dont want the emotional attatchments.
