just wanted to say that it is really hard to find a soul mate sombody that you would live with for the rest of your life it sounds like a fairy tale to me ive been in what i thought were perfect relationships,but all ended badly,i feel that somtimes life is good and other days it in the shitter,i beleive there is a right one for everyone sometimes there in your world and right in front of you and we cant see them.its been along time and i too feel lonley at times but i no some day it will happen and for you guys too.hang in there.

it's never too late.there is someone for everyone. even if you find someone later in life, i feel it will be worth waiting for.i want exactly the right one for me, and nothing less.

I feel as I age, I get pickier.
Some people say that's why I am still single.
If I can't get the kind of man I want,then I will
be single for a long time.
I don't ask for much: non-smoker, 5"9 or taller, and No drunks!
What is so bad about that?

i too am getting pickier as i get older....won't settle this time..i realize not everyone is perfect but the men sure are picky enough....so why shouldn't we ....i DON:T want perfection because i'm not perfect...but i do know what i want ... I rather be alone than have to be unhappy knowing i settled.....and i think some of the men here should think again on what they want...she may not be your ideal perfection but you never know...you may be passing up the best thing in your life....just for something as shallow as color of hair....or being too short...or a few lbs....

No ..I believe it never to late if you don't want be single , for me I enjoy being single I just don't focus on it , I enjoy my time with family and friends and doing what the things I like to do ...

Tell me about it.. all of my close girlfriends and guy friends have all gotten married and have children.. I get invited to their BBQ's or Super Bowl parties and I am always the single one, the fifth wheel.. Or when its their anniversary, I watch their kids.. Or they are always trying to set me up with someone from their church!
Ugghhh.. I just keep hope alive!

I have definitely ruined myself. Do not get me wrong....since I was much younger I always had a sense of self that told me that I was destined to end up alone. I have always wanted a true and lasting love that I could devote myself and my life to but, fate just gave me the finger and ended up solo yet again. Even my family has commented that they are not sure what I would even need a woman for besides sex. It doesn't stop me from desiring love......but, I am sure that love is for everyone else.....my fate is solitude.

New job here also...plenty of hot men but they're all Daddies of students....and I'm thinking Mommy might think they're hot also....
