Hi everyone - thanks for visiting. I moved back to San Antonio in December 2015, after spending five years in eastern Pennsylvania. I came back here because Sarah Palin said that Donald Trump will be building that H-U-G-E beautiful wall between Mexico and the southwestern states, including Texas, and it might be interesting to see it being built. I am confident however, that Trump will never, ever have the opportunity to have the wall built and thank God for that - enough about the wall already! I am glad to be back. If the light humor about Palin and Trump bothers anyone, you might have to move on to another profile.
I am fully retired and I have a lot of time on my hands, so I want to pick up checking off the remaining items on my “Bucket List” before it is too late. I intend on starting on my list sooner versus later. At the top of my “Bucket list” is finding that special person to spend some quality time with.
I retired in San Antonio, TX back in June '09 (for the second time). I have been living alone for almost ten years since getting divorced since 2006.
Moving on, I love animals, especially dogs and cats. The dog in the picture is not mine. He belongs to one of my closest friends in the photos. His dog jumped up on my lap seconds before the picture was snapped. My friend jokingly said his dog would be a "chick magnet". It turned out to be true. Three out of four emails I received over the years asked about his dog who, by the way, doesn’t respond to winks or emails. Also, the truck in one of the photos is NOT mine. I passed by this truck daily on my way to work a few years ago while working in Boerne, Texas and I thought it would give everyone a chuckle.
Regarding the chemtrails in my photos - they are somewhat of a hobby of mine. Initially I thought they were unique to Texas until I visited eastern Pennsylvania in 2008. They appeared in the Pennsylvania skies every day during my visit. I have been hooked on the topic for years and I bet you are not, so let’s move on to more about me -
I enjoy simple things - sunsets, thunderstorms, romantic dinners, “chick flicks”, holding hands, and even a little public display of affection – nothing kinky . I want to find someone who likes to take short day trips, or enjoys curling up on the couch watching a movie and sharing popcorn made in a saucepan – not in a microwave. Ask me why! I am not a strong believer in soul mates - but I do believe there are quite a few individuals you could have a good relationship with and I also believe there are a limited few you could have a wonderful relationship with. Are you one of the few? 
I do not expect, nor want, to date Miss America or a Playboy centerfold - but I do expect photos to reasonably match the lady I hope to meet for a cup of coffee or lunch. Periodically I like a little space to catch up with a few buds for coffee, lunch, or dinner and would encourage you to do the same, but not with my buds.  A little time apart makes together time much more enjoyable. Honesty is very important to me. I want to be wanted and desired for me and not for any resources I bring to the table. I enjoy giving gifts on the spur of the moment - not just because it is Valentine's Day or a date circled on the calendar. I have been married more than once, but having been married for a total of 35 years, it is quite a change being single again. I don't believe I want a long distance relationship, but for the right person distance would not matter.
I am a Gemini, so if you are also a Gemini there will always be four of us at the table. I do not send “Winks” and I tend not to reply to them. If you want to write me, drop me a note and say a little something and I will do my best to reply. No one has to write a book to me, I prefer to find out more about you when we meet.
