Anytime the courts will FORCE you to take care of a child your CHEATJNG WE IFE had by as mother man... bcuz y'all were married at the time of conception....????

Yes.
We are a very litigious society. A person can sue someone for pretty much anything. It doesn't have to be logical or make sense. They just have to know their way around the laws or have an attorney who does.

Actually you'd be surprised.
There are certain situations where a major law firm would take cases off a dating site forum.
Even here, because the site uses no monitors, people could actually sue and win for that leading to a forum going as bad as this one is.
the question is...would anyone do that.
and if they did and actually won...its establishes a legal guide line.
then all forums would change and many freedoms would be lost.

It's lie tying a condition to a threat. ....."If you come back in my driveway, I'll kill you". the police would tell the complaintant to stay out of the driveway. No crime, no charge. Simple as that.
