Man strangled 8 year old girl in women’s bathroom

33 year old Reese M. Hartstirn strangled an 8 year old girl in the women’s bathroom until she was unconscious, then dragging her into a stall to allegedly molest her. Let’s be glad there was a witness who called for help as people surrounded the man and held him down until police arrived. This poor kid just went through an absolutely traumatizing event in her life that may leave her messed up in the head forever, all for nothing.
Does anyone still want to allow men in the women’s bathroom? What if there wasn’t a witness? This poor girl would’ve been raped in the stall and left there unconscious until someone found her.
Great job to the residents of Chicago who held the man down.
According to Chicago’s ABC affiliate, police arrested Reese M. Hartstirn, 33, after witnesses said he was seen choking the child until she was unconscious, then carrying her into a stall in the bathroom of a store on South Canal Street.
Witnesses told police that after the suspect was seen attacking the girl, the child’s mother and several of the patrons and workers of the store gathered together to restrain the man until police arrived.
The child’s mother also testified that Hartstirn attacked her when she tried to separate him from the child.
Hartstirn was later charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated battery of a child, both felonies. The suspect will also face several misdemeanor charges, as well as charges of attacking one of the police officers who took him into custody at the Central District station.
Men should not be in the Women’s Bathroom
The fact that we’re having this conversation about letting men in the women’s bathroom over what they “identify” with is the most absurd thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. If you’re a transgender man and you can’t pee sitting down in the women’s room, then too bad. I don’t care if you’re feelings are hurt. You belong in the men’s room because that’s scientifically what you are. You can’t switch bathrooms because of the way you dress or act. Doesn’t work like that. You’re NOT a woman, you’re just a man disguised as one.
And let me remind you for the 900th time that it is NOT the transgender people we are worried about. We’re more concerned with the sick people who use gender identity as a way to gain easy access to a women’s room and commit crimes like this.
There’s been numerous crimes linked to men in the women’s room and that’s all thanks to this ridiculous concept of gender identity and men going in the women’s room.
Doesn’t matter what you identify with, it’s what you’re born with. That determines which bathroom you go in and we shouldn’t give criminal men easy access to the women’s room.
I have no problem with anyone who is transgender, but I do have a problem with people pretending to be transgender to gain access to the ladies room and hurt someone.
That’s not cool and we can’t let this happen.
We don’t need men in the women’s room.

May jobs report worst in 5 years: Only 38,000 jobs added, labor force declines 458K

Talk about laying an egg. The Bureau of Labor Statistics issued its worst jobs report in more than five years as the US economy barely added any jobs at all in May. Only 38,000 jobs got added last month, while the civilian workforce participation rate hit its lowest mark in almost a year:
The unemployment rate declined by 0.3 percentage point to 4.7 percent in May, and nonfarm payroll employment changed little (+38,000), the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Employment increased in health care. Mining continued to lose jobs, and employment in information decreased due to a strike.
In May, the unemployment rate declined by 0.3 percentage point to 4.7 percent, and the number of unemployed persons declined by 484,000 to 7.4 million. Both measures had shown little movement from August to April. (See table A-1.) Among the major worker groups, the unemployment rates for adult men (4.3 percent), adult women (4.2 percent), Whites (4.1 percent), and Hispanics (5.6 percent) declined in May. The rates for teenagers (16.0 percent), Blacks (8.2 percent), and Asians (4.1 percent) showed little or no change. (See tables A-1, A-2, and A-3.)
The U-3 unemployment rate dropped from 5% to 4.7%, but that’s not because of a boom in job creation. The civilian workforce declined in May by 458,000 people, lowering the denominator used in the calculation for U-3. The U-6 measure, which provides a more complete look at joblessness in the US economy (but not entirely so), remained steady at 9.7%.
The number of part-time workers in jobs for economic reasons jumped way up — an increase of 468,000, 181K of which were there because of slack work or business conditions. Another 77,000 could only find part-time work, while only 137,000 chose to work part time in May for non-economic reasons.
One can expect to hear a lot about the Verizon strike as a reason for this sharp decline in job creation, but keep some perspective on it. The strike involved 35,000 workers at Verizon, less than 10% of the overall decline in the workforce, and about equal to the 34,000-job decline in the information sector in May. It may have had a marginal impact on the BLS data, but it’s a long way off from explaining the depth of the problem in it. On top of that, BLS adjusted March and April job additions down by a combined 59,000, most of which took place before the strike began.
Remember that the population in the US grows about 2.5 million a year overall, or a little over 200,000 a month. With a civilian workforce participation rate of 62.6% — historically the worst we’ve seen since the late 1970s — we need to add 131,000 jobs a month just to keep pace with population growth. At a healthier 65%, we’d need to add 136,000 jobs a month. Anything below these numbers is actually losing ground.
The Associated Press’ Christopher Rugaber doesn’t mince words about this report. He also wonders what the Fed plans to do now:
U.S. employers drastically slowed their hiring in May, adding just 38,000, the fewest in more than 5 years and a sign of concern after the economy barely grew in the first three months of the year.
At the same time, the unemployment tumbled to 4.7 percent from 5 percent, the Labor Department said Friday in its monthly unemployment report. The rate, to its lowest point since November 2007, fell for a problematic reason: Nearly a half-million jobless Americans stopped looking for work and so were no longer officially counted as unemployed.
The much-weaker-than-expected jobs report will raise doubts that the Federal Reserve will increase the short-term interest rate it controls at its next meeting in mid-June or perhaps even at its subsequent meeting in late July. Many analysts had expected an increase by July.
The government has estimated that the economy grew at just a 0.8 percent annual rate in the January-March quarter.
Rugaber didn’t fall for the U-3 drop. Reuters didn’t bite on the Verizon strike explanation, either, at least not after its lead:
The U.S. economy created the fewest number of jobs in more than five years in May, hurt by a strike by Verizon workers and a fall in goods producing employment, pointing to labor market weakness that could make it difficult for the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates.
Nonfarm payrolls increased by only 38,000 jobs last month, the smallest gain since September 2010, the Labor Department said on Friday. Employers hired 59,000 fewer workers in March and April. The government said the month-long Verizon strike had depressed employment growth by 34,000 jobs. …
Even without the Verizon strike, payrolls would have increased by a mere 72,000.
The Verizon workers, who were considered unemployed because they did not receive a salary during the payrolls survey week, returned to their jobs on Wednesday. They are expected to boost June employment.
That’s a good point to remember. Whatever number we get in the jobs report, deduct 34K from the “job creation” that month.
Given the nature of the political environment, this report has to give Donald Trump a bit of a boost. Trump knows it too, which is why he called it “terrible” and a “bombshell” this morning. Hillary Clinton will be the continuity candidate in November, while Trump will be the disruptor. If the economy looks good, most voters will opt for continuity. If not, well … Team Hillary may want to wait a bit before measuring the drapes.

Developing: McCain caught funneling money from vets to Syrian Refugees

A bombshell report appeared today, showing Senator John McCain’s shocking use of veteran money that is causing many Veterans to see red: money that should be going to Vets are going to refugees.
McCain is backing an amendment proposed by democrats that would increase the amount of Afghan immigrants to the U.S. by up to 36%. The increased cost would end up being covered with cash that was originally set aside for U.S. veterans’ programs.
“The amendment proposed by New Hampshire Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen — and supported by McCain — will increase the number of Afghan Special Immigrant Visas for people who have aided U.S. soldiers as interpreters or translators. The number of visas will rise from 7,000 to 11,000, and each visa holder can bring spouses and their children to the United States.
“Congress cut healthcare benefits to veterans in the 2016 budget by increasing pharmacy co-pays — using some of those savings to fund an expansion of the Afghan Special Immigrant Visas program, according to The Daily Caller News Foundation. The money could have been taken from other spending accounts, such as programs at the State Department.”
The U.S. government is having enough trouble getting our veterans the assistance they deserve, let alone with people like John McCain stifling their coffers.

Seddique Mateen, the father of the Orlando nightclub gunman, insisted his son was not motivated by Islamist radical ideology and did not appear agitated or angry the day before the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.
During his massacre of 49 people at the Pulse gay club in Orlando Seddique pledged his support for ISIS.
His father said he did not believe it was a genuine pledge of support to the Islamic State.
Now there are photos of Seddique Mateen on Capitol Hill with several top lawmakers.
Mateen recently visited Congress, the State Department and wrote open letters to Barack Obama.

Little is known about the personal life of Omar Mateen, the man who pledged allegiance to ISIS before butchering more than 50 people inside an Orlando nightclub early Sunday morning, but his political activist father, who is running for President of Afghanistan, seems to have an odd relationship with the U.S. Government and sympathies toward the Taliban.
Here is what we know about the Orlando shooter’s father:
His name is Seddique Mateen and he is from Afghanistan.
Mateen told NBC News early on Sunday that his son became angry while seeing two men kiss.
“We were in Downtown Miami, Bayside, people were playing music, and he saw two men kissing each other in front of his wife and kid and he got very angry. They were kissing each other and touching each other and he said, ‘Look at that. In front of my son they are doing that.’ And they we were in the men’s bathroom and men were kissing each other.’”
Mateen has his own television show, which broadcasts out of California.
It is called the “Durand Jirga Show” and features Mateen discussing Middle Eastern politics. The show is posted on YouTube.
According to the Washington post, the show demonstrates the Orlando shooters father’s sympathetic views toward the Taliban:
In one video, Mateen expresses gratitude toward the Afghan Taliban, while denouncing the Pakistani government.
“Our brothers in Waziristan, our warrior brothers in [the] Taliban movement and national Afghan Taliban are rising up,” he said. “Inshallah the Durand Line issue will be solved soon.”
This April, Mateen was in Washington DC doing advocacy work with Congress and the State Department

This Major 2016 Presidential Candidate HAS DIED!

The 2016 Presidential campaign will be one for the history books. We have Hillary Clinton, perhaps the most corrupt politician in American history facing off against conservative businessman Donald Trump, who has never held office before.
But now, a Libertarian Presidential candidate for President has died!
Marc A. Feldman was a 2016 candidate in the Libertarian Party primary. He was found dead in a Cleveland-area hotel. This is shocking:
Marc A. Feldman, 56, of Beachwood was found at the America’s Best Value Inn in the 14000 block of Brookpark Road. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office has not released an official cause of death.
The Cleveland Clinic issued a statement saying: “We are saddened by the sudden loss of Dr. Feldman. He was a talented physician and will be missed.”
In May, Feldman lost the nomination to represent the Libertarian Party in the November presidential election. The party selected former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson.
Carla Howell, the party’s political director, was stunned to learn of Feldman’s death. She called the Feldman family home in Beachwood and spoke with a family friend who confirmed his death.
“This is absolutely horrible,” she said.
Nicholas Sarwark, chair of the party’s national committee, said: “We will miss his dedication as a member of the national committee and candidate for public office, but most of all, I will miss a good friend. He was a delightful, spirited, and dedicated Libertarian who inspired and won the hearts of many. Our deepest condolences to his family on their loss.”
He was discovered dead by police, after a hotel employee was alarmed when a woman who called Feldman’s room said he was unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both Clinton and Trump are well known by voters, who hold strong views on each candidate. But their strong negatives are why the Libertarian Party is now polling between 10-15% nationally, which will definitely have a major impact on the Presidential race.
Let us pray for Feldman’s family during this difficult time. RIP.

A group of Barack Obama’s Syrian “refugees” has enraged an entire town after getting caught raping a little girl. But if the horrific crime wasn’t already bad, what the town council did after the fact is even worse.
The assailants in this case were three Muslim boys aged 8, 10, and 13, with the eldest being the ringleader of the rape gang. The three boys put a knife to the throat of a developmentally disabled little girl, then forced her into a laundry unit inside a Fawnbrook apartment building in Twin Falls, where they proceeded to gang rape her and urinate on her body.
The three savage youths recorded the assault, and apparently the eldest was the one who coached the other two on what to do. They apparently urinated on their young victim because the younger boys weren’t able to ejaculate.
The sickening assault occurred in the beginning of June, but as the Creeping Sharia blog is reporting, the media has barely touched the story, aside from a vague KMVT report, but residents in the town have been circulating the details to try to force the hand of town officials.
The little girl was found by her grandmother, who then alerted her mother, who called police. It was a full two-and-a-half hours before police finally arrived, but when they did no arrests were made, and none have been made to date due to a “language barrier.”
Apparently, the mother of the rapists was only able to say “no police” when she arrived, and the father allegedly congratulated the eldest boy for his depraved actions. A later report by KMTV revealed that the case has been sealed by a judge, “with no chance of it ever being unsealed again since all parties involved are minors.”

Nancy Pelosi blows off traffic laws — to shop at shoe store!

U.S. House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi is above the law, as St. Helena, California residents learned last month.
Nancy Pelosi2Local Paul Smith wrote in to the St. Helena Star in June to describe Pelosi’s recent shoe shopping excursion at a fancy boutique, prompting a response from police chief Bill Imboden about the former House Speaker’s special status.
“Last Saturday afternoon (June 4) I’m standing on the west side of Main Street directly across from the Hunt Avenue intersection chatting with friends. Of course, traffic was heavy in both directions,” Smith wrote.
“A large perfectly polished and gleaming black SUV is attempting a left turn from Hunt onto southbound Main (not easy). Suddenly blue/red lights are flashing from the windshield area of the SUV (like you would see in an official fire/police vehicle),” he continued. “I said to my friends, I’ve never seen that before on a ‘regular’ vehicle and I’d think that’s illegal and dangerous. They agreed.”
That’s when the large black SUV jolted across two lanes of traffic, lights flashing, to park in front of a fire hydrant at the high end shoe boutique Footcandy.
“A St. Helena police car happens to be going northbound and pulls into the center lane and the officer starts shaking his arm and hollering at the driver of the SUV. While this goes on a man exits the SUV assisting a woman from the vehicle. She dashes off to Footcandy while he waits by the SUV in the red zone,” Smith explained.
The police officer then drove off without confronting the driver, he wrote.
“My friends and I are puzzled, say goodbye and I walk south on Main. As I approach Footcandy, Nancy Pelosi comes out with her shopping bags and the man assists her into the awaiting SUV. The SUV, with lights flashing, bursts back into southbound traffic,” Smith said.
“Wow! Privilege? Power? Whose SUV, taxpayers?” he questioned. “Say it ain’t so, Nancy.”
The Star contacted Imboden about the episode.
Imboden responded:
The St. Helena Police Department has received similar complaints in the past, and on occasion we come across a scenario like what is mentioned in the complaint. Unfortunately local law enforcement has no authority to prevent this type of activity. The U.S. Capitol Police and the U.S. Secret Service provide dignitary protection for certain high-ranking members of the Federal Government, and this protection comes with the discretion to violate some state and local laws (illegal U-turns, parking in a red zone) under the guise of providing the best possible protection to the dignitary. In the case of Congresswoman Pelosi, she receives her protection detail from the Capitol Police. As the Chief of Police in St. Helena I can assure you we don’t like or condone their behavior, but I can tell you from personal experience that while they sympathize with the position they put us in, they will not alter their tactics to appease us.

“This didn’t look like any official business to me,” Smith told the San Francisco Chronicle, which confirmed the high security shopping trip with Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill.
Hammill, of course, insisted that Pelosi’s entourage “always complies with appropriate laws and regulations.”
Twitchy pointed out Tuesday that Pelosi’s special treatment is another example of “the double standard that benefits Democrat politicians to whom laws simply don’t apply” that’s similar to the recent decision by the FBI not to recommend criminal charges against former secretary of state Hillary Clinton over her use of a private unsecured email server for official government business.
Clinton is expected to escape criminal charges for her “extremely careless” handling of classified information, despite the fact that the Department of Justice has prosecuted military personnel for very similar, less critical, offenses, the Daily Caller reports.

In the U.S. a total of 509 citizens have been killed this year alone by police. The body count for the previous year stands at a grand total of 990 people shot dead, according to the Washington Post. As the below infographic from Statista shows, most of those killed by police are male and white. 123 of those shot were Black Americans. This is a relatively high share, keeping in mind that close to 13 percent of Americans belong to that ethnic group.

What’s also disturbing is that according to the data compiled by the Washington Post a big proportion of those killed obviously showed signs of mental illness. Of the 509 killed this year at least 124 were thought to be suffering from such conditions.
Many of those killed carried guns according to police records. In at least 22 cases officers mistook toy guns for the real thing.

Well I feel the need to offend some of you so here goes my best effort. If this doesn't offend you then re post it .
I am the Democratic-Republican-Liberal-Progressive's Worst Nightmare. I am a White, Conservative, Tax-Paying American , Gun Owning Veteran That's me!
I believe in the freedom of religion, but I don't push it on others.
I believe in American products and buy them whenever I can.
I believe the money I make belongs to me and not some liberal governmental functionary, Democrat or Republican, that wants to share it with others who don't work!
I'm in touch with my feelings and I like it that way!
I think owning a gun doesn't make you a killer; it makes you a smart American.
I think being a minority does not make you noble or victimized, and does not entitle you to anything. Get over it!
I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac or any other item, you should do it in English.
I believe there should be no other language option for business.
I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God when and where they want to.
I don't hate the rich. I don't pity the poor.
I know wrestling is fake and I don't waste my time watching or arguing about it.
I've never owned a slave, nor was I a slave. I haven't burned any witches , and neither have you!
I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country! This is AMERICA ...We like it the way it is and more so the way it was ...so stop trying to change it to look like Russia or China, or some other socialist country!
If you were born here and don't like it... you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you. I believe it is time to really clean house, starting with the White House, the seat of our biggest problems.
I want to know which church is it, exactly, where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches, where he gets his money, and why he is always part of the problem and not the solution? Can I get an AMEN on that one?
I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what race or color you are.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my driver's license, nor the necessity of showing my identification, to conduct normal business or especially to vote . I think those policies are more than prudent....
I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.
I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause....Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!
I believe that it doesn't take a village to raise a child, it takes a man and woman ...
I believe 'illegal' is illegal no matter what the lawyers, or progressive Democrats think!
I want to return this country to the values it was founded on, and prospered under for over 200 years!
My Country...I hope this offends all illegal aliens.
Hypothetically, my great, great, great, great grandfather watched and bled as his friends died in the Revolution and the War of 1812.
My great, great, great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Mexican American War.
My great, great grandfather watched as his friends and brothers died in the Civil War.
My great grandfather watched as his friends died in the Spanish-American War.
My grandfather watched as his friends died in WW I.
My father watched as his friends died in WW II and the Korean War.
I watched as my friends died in Vietnam , Panama and Desert Storm.
My son watched and bled as his friends died in Afghanistan and Iraq ..
None of them died for the Mexican Flag.
Everyone of them died for the American flag, and liberty.
Texas high school students raised a Mexican flag on a school flag pole, other students took it down. Guess who was expelled...the students who took it down.
California high school students were sent home on Cinco de Mayo because they wore T-shirts with the American flag printed on them.
Enough is enough!
This message needs to be viewed by every American; and every American needs to stand up for America .
We've bent over to appease the America-haters long enough.
I'm taking a stand.
I'm standing up because of the hundreds of thousands who died fighting in wars, preserving liberty and freedom both, here and in other besieged nations, for the American flag, and all she stands for..
If you agree, stand up with me.
And shame on anyone who tries to make this a racist message.
AMERICANS, stop giving away Your RIGHTS! Let me make this clear! THIS IS MY COUNTRY!
