Yes I did, 161.5 I figured 162, but this being grocery day I've enjoyed a bit more.

5.4 oz cereal, clementine, apple, steak & potato, salad w/cheese and two slices of roast beef, BLT, couple of handfuls of red grapes, banana, butter cookie, 4-5 nacho chips, apricot raspberry cookie. six almonds, four chocolate covered espresso beans and this beer.

That's OK, in the morn I'll be back on the treadmill for 2.3 miles.

Wow.. that seems like a lot of food. But in reality it's probably not. It seems like you're eating about 6 meals a day? That's what I aim for.

Scoobs, I do make mashed taters but not homemade noodles. I'd love to try though. That would be fun I think to have one of those pasta machines.

It is more than usual. The very small steak and potato was lunch. The salad was eaten w/BLT and I split the Tejas toast from the earlier steak for bread. The cookies are 4 to 140 calories and 4 to 120 as I recall. I haven't had bananas in a week, so I ate one when I made it home from the first grocery trip.

Corn beef brisket, leftover from the ST. Paddy's day, was 1.39 a lb. Prepackage w/spices around 4 lbs or so a package. I bought four and two head of cabbage.

That's me new diet.

Now den dem greens need seasoning, so you think cut up two strips of hog belly and drop into da pot, but no. You take three strips place them on bacon tray in the microwave for two minutes.

Noe you done rendered most of the fat only you still have the flavour.

You know how to tell when da green is done?

When you can smell dem in evah room o' da house

da green they be done fo' sho' I tell you what.

Don't even get me started on pepper sauce.

Coz you can eat greens w/o da sauce, no.

I've had a grapefruit, small banana, half a dozen chunks of pineapple, six ounces of no fat cottage cheese and ten almonds in the shell.

So, whatevah dinner I choose, sloppy Joe or spaghetti, it will be a saucer plate portion w/slice off the whole grain loaf and perhaps a schmear of sorghum.

I will still be hungry, so I'll slice up an apple as dessert.

This evening will be more cottage cheese and a 5.4 oz tub of cereal mix and almond milk or another Tuna no surprise offering.

Somewhere along the way I'll enjoy a few salted in the shell goober peas and another twenty four cent Russel Stover coconut creme egg.

Hard boiled egg optional.

Open face Sloppy Joe one the skinny bun.

Half of a baked potato.

Sliced a sliver of whole grain bread, sopped up what was left and added honey.

Predictably, an apple was desert.

I'm stuffed.

Boy that raspberry pie sounds good! I've never had one. Raspberries and blackberries are my favorite fruit, but gees those little containers they come in are so expensive.

This is Kroger's Private Selection label and it's a step up from their regular offerings.

I only buy when I catch 'em on half price short dated.

It's the last pie. I do not eat that much sweets,

but I have me moments.

I want to, but haven't yet. Lord knows I've watched enough Top Chef, etc. that I should be able to make a simply shaped pasta...lol. I don't have a pasta machine to shape it, but I'd like one.

It isn't Sunday, but I'm ready to eat.

Breakfast-grapefruit, banana, six oz no fat cottage cheese and ten almonds in the shell.

Lunch is leftover spaghetti/sloppy Joe/baked tator and an apple for dessert.

Later I will be slicing off a sliver of that raspberry pie.
