I think what it is a lot of times (not always) is that when some men are interested in a woman but she's NOT interested in him, then he goes to the thinking that she likes "bad boys"...or men who treat her badly. And that's not it. She just isn't interested in HIM.

They may not necessarily talk to a woman in a derogatory manner, but can still be very bold or even abrasive simply because they don't care enough about what a woman thinks to be bothered by a rejection by her, perhaps. That may turn some women on though, interestingly enough.

I know there are the women who do that. There are probably different reasons they stay with those men. One is most likely very low self-esteem. They also may be afraid to leave the man, may have been threatened by the man if she were to leave.
It doesn't necessarily mean she LIKES being abused. She may not see a way out of the situation...or at least not at that time.

Mostly are single moms working on minimum wage.

That type comment is mostly generally made by abusive men. Those type comments should not be taken lightly, not with a grain of salt. These type comments should be a major Red flag to anyone to stay as far away from this type individual as possible.
Women, may say, "It's not all his fault. I bring some of it on myself by being a "b*tch"".
This is a clear sign of an abused woman in denial.
No one.. Male or Female.. deserves to be abused by anyone, nor should they accept any kind of abuse from anyone.
