Find the right muscles. To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream. If you succeed, you've got the right muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easiest to do them lying down at first.
Perfect your technique. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for five seconds, and then relax for five seconds. Try it four or five times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 10 seconds between contractions.
Maintain your focus. For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises.
Repeat three times a day. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day.
Don't make a habit of using Kegel exercises to start and stop your urine stream. Doing Kegel exercises while emptying your bladder can actually lead to incomplete emptying of the bladder — which increases the risk of a urinary tract infection.

warning signs of a potentially unsafe group/leader.
-Absolute authoritarianism without meaningful accountability.
-No tolerance for questions or critical inquiry.
-Unreasonable fear about the outside world,(forums) such as impending catastrophe, evil conspiracies and persecutions.
-There is no legitimate reason to leave, former followers are always wrong in leaving, negative or even evil.
-Former members often relate the same stories of abuse and reflect a similar pattern of grievances.( all those who have had run ins with jake)
-There are posts, messages, talk that document the abuses of the group/leader.
-Followers feel they can never be "good enough".
-The group/leader is always right.
-The group/leader is the exclusive means of knowing "truth" or receiving validation, no other process of discovery is really acceptable or credible.
warning signs regarding people involved in/with a potentially unsafe group/leader.
-Extreme obsessiveness regarding the group/leader resulting in the exclusion of almost every practical consideration.
-Individual identity, the group, the leader and/or God as distinct and separate categories of existence become increasingly blurred. Instead, in the follower's mind these identities become substantially and increasingly fused--as that person's involvement with the group/leader continues and deepens Whenever the group/leader is criticized or questioned it is characterized as "persecution".
-Uncharacteristically stilted and seemingly programmed conversation and mannerisms, cloning of the group/leader in personal behavior.
-Dependency upon the group/leader for problem solving, solutions, and definitions without meaningful reflective thought. A seeming inability to think independently or analyze situations without group/leader involvement.
-Hyperactivity centered on the group/leader agenda, which seems to supercede any personal goals or individual interests.
-A dramatic loss of spontaneity and sense of humor.
-Anything the group/leader does can be justified no matter how harsh or harmful.
-Former followers are at best-considered negative or worse evil and under bad influences. They can not be trusted and personal contact is avoided.

Get some with little heels rather than totally flat
my doctor told me before this one time when I had a hamstring injury, that the totally flat sandals and little flat pumps are real bad for your lower back. A little heel support is better.
