When I was being raised in the generation before yours, we as boys were told by our fathers: you don't have any rights, when you have been around long enough and show you deserve and have earned them by proving yourself, then you will have them and these opportunities, but that is no guarantee that it will work out, but you will have the opportunity.

Later in life I was injured in a car accident and discovered my limitations and sought help for job placement assistance...and was told in the back room, that there is nothing for me period...because of my "gender, race, and age"....well, I had earned my rights a thousand times over by then....yet denied them like this?
