1. Approve and support
2. Disapprove and don't support

Have you changed your mind about Donald Trump?

Do you support the things he has done?

Trump disapproval hits 64 percent in AP poll

Nearly two-thirds of Americans disapprove of the job President Trump is doing in the White House, according to an Associated Press/NORC poll released Thursday.

Sixty-four percent of respondents in the survey said that they don't like how the president is handling his office, while just over a third, 35 percent, approve of Trump.

The poll also found that 65 percent of Americans believe Trump has little or no respect for the country's democratic institutions and traditions. Only about 34 percent said they believe he has a great deal or even a fair amount of respect for such institutions.

While that sentiment appeared most common among Democrats and independents - 9 in 10 and 6 in 10, respectively - a third of Republican voters said Trump had little or no respect for democratic institutions in America.

While the president entered the White House with relative unpopularity, the AP noted, his dwindling approval numbers and perceived disrespect for the country's institutions show mounting challenges for Trump as he seeks to cast himself as a unifying figure.

Trump also faces disapproval in some key policy areas. Sixty-six percent of Americans said they disapprove of Trump's handling of healthcare. That comes two months after House Republicans passed a measure to repeal and replace parts of the Affordable Care Act. The Senate is hammering out its own healthcare bill.

Nearly as many Americans, 64 percent, disapprove of Trump's climate change policies. The president announced earlier this month that he would withdraw the U.S. from the 195-nation Paris climate deal and has made a concerted push to undo Obama-era environmental regulations.

The poll surveyed 1,068 Americans from June 8 to 11, and respondents were interviewed either by phone or online. The survey's margin of error is 4.1 percentage points.

you have no idea how sick you will be in the coming months. this war brewing between Syria and Egypt and the ISIS attacks worldwide plus Pence believes the "golden goose" is Israel [who is on their fourth attempt to rebuild their 2,000 ruined temple] are all opportunities for Trump to get involved.

As i remember it, Hillary did win the popular vote by, what was it? 3 million votes? May not have been a huge landslide but...

But hey. It's not the popular vote anyway, it's the Electoral College.

In any case, while I do not respect the man, I do respect the office. I believe that Republicans, like Democrats and Independents, have the best interests of the US in their minds. They just believe in accomplishing that in different ways.

And I think someone needs to school Trump on the differences between governing and running a business. Oh, and teach him when he's supposed to put his hand over his heart.

Oh wait. STL already covered vote thing. I got distracted as I was typing.

For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths.

First, Obama. Now, Trump. And yes, I voted for him. There was no way a CRIMINAL was getting my vote by CHEATING(it was a woman, so I am not surprised by that), and LYING(once again, a WOMAN, so not surprising....)

Now, as far as him being the beat candidate?

No. But, he is NOT a career politician. That is what got him elected..

The general populace of WORKING CLASS(not the lazy, entitled, freeloading bums that voted for Hitlery) knew by throwing him into the White House, there was a chance he would actually do something.

And about Comey? Comey should have been fired after FAILING to charge Hitlery Clinton. His job pretty cut and clear: Investigate Federal Crimes, and press charges accordingly.

But, what did he do?

I always said I wondered how he'd get on with other people as you can't run the government the same way you run a business. We all knew he has a HUGE ego and wants everything done his way. This is no surprise. We all knew he'd be drowning in controversies. This shouldn't be a surprise and we should have guessed it will take a lot longer than 100 days to get his agenda passed especially with both the Democrats and Republicans openly working against him. The Democrats are trying to impeach him and they started the investigations about 15 seconds after he was sworn in and the impeachment attempts and investigations will go on at least another 43 months for sure. I'd say we got what we should have expected and TRUMP doesn't care as long as HIS name is the first one mentioned at the top of every hour. I'm still for him. He's infinitely better than a communist dictator like Killary.

I do think he ought to STFU on Twitter and do the job he was elected to do. When he runs at the mouth on Twitter he's just giving the opposition more rope to investigate him. He's hanging himself that way. I thought he'd give that up when elected, be less confrontational and act more dignified and presidential.

the only proof about Russia and our elections is that they have found voter roles in many states.
It is almost impossiable to influence the elections as the polling machines are independant units and are not interconnected.
So other than this, where is your proof?

The jobless rate started going down long before trump came into office. That's not something that just happens overnight, it is a process.

WTF does cops killing citizens have to do with trump? He has not made any specific policies to stop that. It has nothing to do with him.

What does have to do with him is the hate he perpetrated during his campaign. Hate/violence toward Muslims and jews has become commonplace. He has created a huge divide among Americans.

Hard to do anything when constantly under attack day and night.

That being said , he at the very least is doing a good job unlike the vile clown before him.

Imagine if Obama would of been under just half of the scrutiny and what the media has done to Trump how differently people would perceive him.

Liberals are conniving just like Obama was and is.

Wrong. Obama and all his bullshit lies, along with media control of focusing on only certain stories without FACTS is what caused the divide.

Obama blamed police shootings on racism and Socioeconomic issues within the black community, and made sure that BLM crowds were commended by him, when they killed cops all across the country.

Obama blamed Muslim terrorist attacks on guns, discrimination, work place violence and so on, and so on....

Trump is cleaning up that mess, by enforcing the LAW.

Trump has made it clear, that he is going to renegotiate NAFTA and impose strict tariffs on Mexican-produced goods shipped into the U.S.

675,000+ high-paying, union labor jobs from the automotive industry have gone to Mexico, since NAFTA was signed by Bill Clinton.

Want to see the devastating effects of NAFTA?

Come up north, to Trumbull County.

Lordstown GM? Oh, their down to only two shifts, because some trim levels of the Cruze are being built in Mexico.

Delphi Packard? Oh, they closed up a few years ago, over in Howland, OH. They used to make the wiring harnesses for Lordstown and other GM assembly plants?

Both of those facilities are within 15-20 minute drives of my house. Both facilities employed over 1,000s of employees, before NAFTA.

Now, Warren Ohio and the surrounding area has a 75.3% single parent household percentage rate for single mothers, double the state average violent crime rates, at one point during Obama's terms we had a 26% unemployment rate, and the highest per capita % of people on welfare. Average median income has fallen. Entry level jobs all pretty much start out between $8.50-$9.00/hr(minimum wage is $8.15 for crying out loud, and only getting worse because of Ted Strickland)

Yet, the idiots keep f**king voting for idiot Democrats and supporting their stupid uneconomic policies.

That won't happen. Libs want what they want. It doesn't matter what the rest of us wanted,or voted for. I think any President is going to step on some toes when certain policies are put into place. Obama wasn't no Saint either as some claim. I see Trump as wanting to give back jobs to the American people, of coarse he is going to step on some toes along the way in getting the job done. He is not perfect by far,but I think his heart is in the right place in getting us where we need to be economically...Independent!

drawing a monkey and adding Obama's face on it is not the same as Comey admitting the "media" has been flat out lying about Trump and he was "never" under investigation.

but going into the hearing, [which the committee] stated: Trump "is not" under investigation like reported in media.

so if the Committee states Trump was never under investigation, which the committee has more RIGHT side members than LEFT side giving Republicans advantage, then why would anyone read the headlines if they are proven to be lies?

because you are stupid and are programmed to believe in media lies, would be my prognosis!!

and to prove my point, i bet you thought Hillbillary was going to win since the [media] stated it so

i am just stating if you read the headlines going into election night about Hills winning, and then you see she did not, and the FBI director was specific about the media has been lying, including the [committee] having to explain it themselves because of the media lies, then when does someone get a clue and stop believing in the headlines?

and if you do not understand the media is lying, then how can you not be stupid?

I take the media with a grain of salt.

The media scrutinizes every president, not just Trump.

Many people I have personally encountered regret voting for trump.

If the poor believe a billionaire is gonna help them, they are sadly mistaken.

That's how stupid I am, thank you

Glad you think I'm stupid for not agreeing with you Iam.

Carry on, I will not debate with someone who calls others names because they disagree with them. I'm not CERN.

Have a nice day.

your posts explain if you are [reading] the headlines and believing them or not. just pointing out the obvious here. and for an educated tech like yourself, who uses knowledge, practical, and common sense as primary guidelines. it brings to the question, are you listening to those who are proving the [headlines] you read are lies, or accepting them to post like someone without a clue?

it is a general statement and question for anyone making the posts you have been making, not just you.

it makes me wonder then, do you know there is proof the headlines you accept as fact is in reality bullsh*t?

because it would appear that you do not know!!

I take the media with a grain of salt.

The media scrutinizes every president, not just Trump.

Many people I have personally encountered regret voting for trump.

the poor are poor because they want someone to bring them up rather than get off their a** and make it themselves. therefore, the poor will always be poor and worthless until they choose to be valuable!!

the poor can get a grant for education before i can.

so, what is their excuse when they have a free ride to be not poor?

we know the media lied for Hillbillary when she was in Lybia and our Ambassador, next building from Clinton, armed unlike Stevens, was brutally beaten and tortured while that DYKE sat on her pompous fat a** believing she had a free ride to break the [glass ceiling] while Stevens was brutalized for 7 hours.

the media is the [LEFT].

it was designed specifically for those [who cannot think] on their own logically

You might want to tell that to all the steel workers, miners, etc., etc. who lost their jobs and pensions. By the time these men are let go, they cannot get jobs at their age. They worked their whole life thinking they were gonna have a pension. I highly doubt they are poor by choice.

Even if they are, they were correct until Russia got involved in our elections, and Comey came out with more email scandal BS one week before the election.

Andddd if folks don't believe that Russia had its hands in our election results, Mueller will prove you wrong; that is if Trump doesn't fire him for getting to close to the TRUTH.

This is the only statement that I've made that is even remotely close to things that have been stated by the media.

I witnessed this myself, the media did not have to tell me crap. Do you believe 17 intelligence agencies are lying about Russia's involvement?

Go back, every other statement I've made are from my own personal experiences with the public.

most are educated and do push the value of an education onto those without an education. that is putting value on other human beings and a good thing

i am pointing out you have a newspaper headline...Trump is Under Investigation
vs
the Committee stating: Trump [was never] under investigation
Comey stating Trump was never under investigation
Sessions stating Trump was never under investigation

3 vs 1 in proving the "headlines" are incorrect.

so knowing all of this, how can anyone conclude the media is worthy of trusting their headlines any more?

they lied about Clinton winning and Comey confirmed the Russians did no harm in the [one spot] they attacked to make any difference in the [LEFT Winged States] Trump won. but yet, the media still claims Trump won by Russians when the FBI confirms they only hacked one spot in a Republican state, not even a Democrat state.

i don't understand how they can be that blind is all

they are ignorant to not put money aside and blindly feel they had security. i would never take a job on pension, only on 401k where you have the [law] on your side. that is what happens when the [Democratic Unions] decide to butt pound their faithful. so next election you should vote for more [DEMOCRATIC UNIONS] to butt pound the pensions out of their remaining faithful

and if i worked in a union shop, i would find other employment in a non union shop with 401k and cash out my pension while it was active even under penalty knowing it will be [stolen] if i left it, or get a loan for a new educational field.

i would not trust the Union as far as i could toss a handful of sh*t.

anyone who gets butt pounded by the Union knowing how they are deserves it.

i mentioned Comey confirmed the Russians did hack one state successfully, but it was a Republican state that Trump would had won anyways.

and during that same interview, Comey did state after confirming the Russian involvement, that the LEFT had more discrepancies than the involvement with the Russians during election night.

why are we not looking why the LEFT had more discrepancies since they appear "to be the ones" who were successful at cheating on [election night]?

i am taking the comment by Comey to be pertaining to the [popular vote].

which does not make sense if he knows the LEFT cheated why are we not addressing that before Russia? the LEFT is an INSIDE JOB and the Russians are an OUTSIDE JOB.

in my experience, the snake closest to you should be killed first

I'm sorry Cavie,
But waaaaa!

Are you saying the press was kind to Obama? I remember him being portrayed as a monkey in a NY Times cartoon. They treated him just as badly. No difference.

He's giving comedians plenty of material on a daily basis.

As I recall the "Monkey Cartoon" was in his second term. His first year in office he was lauded as the savior. He could do no wrong.

That's right. He even got the Nobel Peace Prize, despite sending 30,000 troops to Iraq in the same month he received that award.
