Anytime a title changes hands, DOL figures the tax value, which can be more then you paid, if the value guide is much much more. I have yet to run across a vehicle not listed. Even the 28 essex, that is in pieces. Or you might try Ebay, and see what your similar vehicles are going for. Hope that helps.
