Not really that's closer than say 10-15 years which might be note common
I say if she's the one or worth it her age to me is irrelevant

My dad was 24 and my mom was 33 a 9 year difference. Plus she had 2 daughters ages 12 and 13 (then came my brother and me) Mom passed away July 2013 at age 86. December 5th would have been their 54th wedding anniversary. So, yes it can work out if you have 2 people who believe strongly in marriage.

Wouldn't be weird, but difficult to impossible. She is 40 after all, not 25. Ovaries don't work forever.
At 32 years old, most guys are done with wanting children... So most men don't want the ovaries working... That's why some guys get older women... We don't want to deal with the "maybe I want another child I can't afford" infliction some younger women have...
Many older women are stable financially and emotionally... They don't need a babysitter... And they don't have a bunch of small kids running behind them... So they are free to travel or just a weekend getaway without the hassle of finding a babysitter.
And they can afford to buy their own plane tickets...
