That you were married once and killed him off and he left everything to you in the will????

you know by admitting this on here, it could be used as evidence to convict you of a murder charge....

They love to control.
Love takes personal sacrifice.

Love only changes when the one or the other person treats the other badly, i,e, cheats, no respect, demeans ...etc.. etc... it destroys the 'love' and there is no love left to give.

The thing is....you have to treat that other person, like they are everything to you too.

I'm not saying you personally don't do this.

But in my experiences and observations....from what I've seen, most women want a man to where they are everything to him....but they don't make him feel, he is everything to them.....not in the way men want this to be if they are in love with her.

And this lead to the down fall of the relation.

I'm sorry, but I've seen this time and time again.

Some women think they do this...but that's from their perspective, not from his....and that's what counts in the long run.

Like the op stated....everything to me.

That's what most women want.....but they give perhaps 50 percent of what he wants....after the first month or two goes by.

The guy may not tell you this, but if he is feeling it....that's all that matters.

and if that's the case, he will withdraw to a point(who wouldn't?)....and then the relation starts to crumble and it can cause him to change.

but who caused that change? who changed first?

Bee, a man's wants are totally different from a woman's wants.. A man believes if the woman is dropping her undies, at his command, then he's her everything. A woman believes,if the man comes home each night and says "I love you" then she's his everything.. In the end.. It's just two fools.

^^^^^I can't agree with that.

Perhaps with a man, not wanting anything other than p*ssy.

but that's not what I'm talking about.

Look around you....at all the things men have built and have for centuries, you think he did that for merely p*ssy? No way, if that was the case, he would have just captured women and keep them in cages just for sex.

Men did that for a women's love.

But yes, we are different and it starts in our very beginnings.

Women talk the talk, but they don't walk the walk.

Again, they want him to treat her like she is his everything....but after the beginning, they don't treat him like he is her everything.....and THAT is a recipe for disaster and can't work....and that can lead a man to withdrawing for self protection, and causing him to change some, and perhaps not wanting to be as romantic and etc...because he lost belief in her.

And all that has to do with in how both genders were raised differently and their initial beginnings in life....starting with the generations raised after ww11, because of the dramatic changes in this country.

Its long and complex, but if I explained it to you in person....I think you would agree with it.

I've explained this to a few women in person....and it hit them like a brick with reality and they were amazed they never saw it that way before...but it made perfect sense to them.

The reason why is....because the emphasis has strictly been on understanding women better for the last 50 years or so....and men know if they reveal what they were taught to suppress....they know in enough women's eyes, they might lose that masculine image....and then either her or a chance at women.

Which is unfair, because women changed and in doing so...lost some of her feminine nature that men liked as much as women like masculinity in men.

Like any woman alive would drop her undies on command from a man. The only time they get dropped is when she wants him to do something or buy her something, no other time will it happen.

Renee....you weren't around when I grew up.

Things were a lot different back then.

But back then women had a totally different image than they do now.

Women changed, men as always... simply followed their lead.

Its time women start recognizing their own short comings and thinking about someone other than themselves.

Do that and change this sex only image of theirs, then see what happens.

You as a group can't f**k things up, then expect men to fix it and take the blame.

It goes against the principles of right and wrong....and that's leads to a persons or groups own demise.

I saw how it was before, during and after all of this....and this is what I've seen.

I can't help that,....I don't make the news, I just report it as I've seen it.

Back in the old days,if two people said they loved each other, they meant it,now days its just a word. Back then if a man and a woman merried, its because they were each others everything. Now marriage is nothing but an agreement, a signed piece of paper. Both women and men are to blame for this. Men for wanting more notches on the bed post, and women for wanting a fairy-tale.

It wasn't all that back then.

There were fake women and fake men back then too.

Its just women had a different image.

If women want men to want them more for than just sex.

Then be worth it from a mans perspective.

The image they project these days is only sex and they don't offer what men want in a woman beyond that in general...not if he is legit and wants more.

Maybe you just assumed they loved you, when that really wasn't the case.

If a man really loves a women...it won't be just sex and marks on a bedpost.

The only thing that changed since the old days was women....and men followed that lead.

So that's were the blame lies....stop blaming men.

Maybe its not your personal fault....so you should be blaming the women then.

Women seem to only see things from their perspective and never his and from what I've seen on here, nearly all the women have no idea what men are really like on the inside when he is in love.

Totally clueless....and if that's the case....how in the hell can they treat him like he wants, if they don't have a clue???

and why don't they understand him better?

Because they spent their whole life only concerned about themselves.

and its that lame upbringing they had since the 1950's that made them that way.

And that right there is the common thought of women, that ALL men cheat. Well guess what, women are more likely to cheat if they are a stay at home mom or married to a deploying serviceman. The stats do not lie on those facts.

Women do not want the fairy-tale, they want the security that a steady pay check brings, while the man works himself to death to provide for her so she does not have to work or want for anything.

Been there, done that, twice. Never again.

@ Bee a man in love does work hard to make sure his family doesn't go with out,he finds the time to laugh at her silly jokes and to hold her when everything seems wrong. He enjoys coming home, even when the home seems dull. A woman in love does what she can to help her man. She trys, even when she's run down. She puts his needs before her own, and when his eyes sparkle, she finds the warmth and strength in them,to keep her going.

This I doubt very much. A woman will ALWAYS find some fault with her man, then nag him to death about it. Once he changes said fault, they leave saying "You are not the man I fell in love with" as the walk out the door.

Well, even in a loving relationship there's some nagging. That's what keeps a little spark going. In relationships people argue, disagree and nag but end the end both come together and make up.

True, while there will be disagreements and the like when two people are involved, it is the nagging to change a man from what he is, to what a woman wants him to be that causes problems.

If you get out in the public you will see examples of it daily, the woman nagging the man and belittling him and not caring.

No thanks, I will not even put up with that.

I was never a nagger. I'm sure I can't be the only woman who's not the type who nags. Nagging doesn't make a person want to do something. And plenty of men nag too. But I know it's thought of more as a thing women do.

Women in reality don't really love men....at least surely not the way men can love.

They call it that...but its not love in my book.

If everything is going nearly perfect all the time and he is giving her everything she needs, whenever she wants it.

All the while, he puts up with getting scraps now and them....and typically not how he wants it....or when.

She will hang.

If that changes just a wee bit....there she goes.

I'm sorry, but that's not love.

Since the 1950's, their upbringing was like that of spoiled only child, with the advantages of being female.

Well....do the math, men are just a commodity to continue giving them what they had as children.

Again....that's not love.

You don't think there are women who gave their all, only for the man she was with NOT doing the same? Many women have gone through the same kind of thing. I suppose it is partly people of both genders being with the wrong people. But it's not aways easy to tell at first how someone will be.

I believe a few did....but, I'm sure in reality it was really for the kids sake.

but, I've never seen it before.

I'm not talking about my own life... but observing people for over 60 years now.

I've seen a few really insecure women hang too long in a relation.

But, I've never ever really seen a woman consistently ever love a man in what I call love.

Personally, I'm not sure if they are even capable of that kind of love.

And here's food for thought.

Every woman, I've been with since being divorced, all claim to have fallen in love with me and it was always after the sex started.

In fact looking back....I'd say that was the case every time.(but, their long term actions...sure didn't show it)

Its funny...I've only fallen in true love 4 times in my whole life and sex sure wasn't the catalyst for it....

I think that says something right there on this subject.

I don't fall in love due to the sex. I would fall in love with a man for other reasons. But sex often can confuse some people & they THINK they are in love with the other person. This happens to both genders; maybe more often with women. I don't know.

i found out a few times.when people are angry an act silly an dont speak,or they get up and leave, you may be seconds away from a deadly car crash,or struck by lightnin,or a stray bullett,yo u never know, and no were not posed to live in fear, butto allways be aware of everything, things can happen in a heartbeat,an you may never get to see your love again..only silly immature outta control people pitch fits an do this or bipolar that need there meds,i hate that im allways apolegetic. and on here for stuff not even my fault, that i did not start but was started by an 18 year old punk a** girl that needed a attitude adjustment,an spoiled rotten all her life,an her an the family ruined all for us,so be it i guess...

This I doubt very much. A woman will ALWAYS find some fault with her man, then nag him to death about it. Once he changes said fault, they leave saying "You are not the man I fell in love with" as the walk out the door.

This! Then they will tell the next man how horrible u were to her.......

^^^^^^^^^you can't fall in love.

Its something...but its not love.

you just think it is.

Grow to love the person...

Whatever you want to call it.

I'd love to agree with this especially that last part.

but I've never seen it before....just saying.

Sure, maybe in the first month or two, but that's about it.

Correction, I have seen it in old westerns on T.V.....

This is what I had with my ex husband at one time, in the beginning.. Somewhere down the line, something went wrong.. But even now after all these years, we'd still help each other,if one of us needed it.. People fall in love, and I guess outta love, or make a mistake that the partner feels is unrepairable. Sometimes the feelings stay even when the person don't. The heart is a stubborn thing, that can't be controlled.
