yankee that may be true (though i think stupid people have a higher rate of accidental children), but so is paraplegia , aids and many other factors, we are allowed to be picky without being called shitty men because of it.

so to say that you won't get involved with someone because she has kids is kind of a double standard. What if men were the ipso facto parents of responsibility. I just don't think women should be punished because men have disowned their responsiblity.

the fact remains the same.she never said a guy who doesn't have kids.you took it that way.how about the millions of dads who have kids and are available?seems to me out of a few million,there should be 1 right? ( yes,i know we do and it happens all the time).
if you're single and no kids ,more power to you.but there are tons of men out there who simply deny responsibility.can't handle it,don't want it.

There you go making a leap of logic. You have a point there, but I'd say the same thing regarding AIDS. If you're unwilling to date someone that has AIDS, you're an asshole if you still think it's ok to have unprotected sex. It's the, "the rest of the world needs to take responsiblity for what happens to it, but I'm a victum of circumstance" argument that we all use.

women are more vocal because women are the ones who get shafted with the kids! You have a one night stand, you as a pair get pregnant. Who gets stuck raising the kid after you've high tailed it out of there and moved on to the next conquest? Now should people have one night stands? No! but as you're so quick to point out, it's done. But why should WOMEN bear all the responsibility of the mistake?

in fact biological responsibility is an entirely different topic.

I have had no trouble finding someone to date, because of my children or any other reason. I have had trouble making the relationship work for various reasons. Do some women want to blame not finding someone on having kid absolutely. We all have choices in what we do.............period. The fact of the matter is we are going to be judged for things that we can and things that we can't change. We will be judged for things that we want to change and things that we don't want to change. The simple fact of the matter is that no one needs to be bashed for those choices. I'm not innnocent of this either, but let it go. If you don't want to be judged for what you beleive don't judge someone for what they beleive.

What's a false leap of logic? And yes, I'm saying if you're willing to take the risk of catching aids yourself, or spreading it on to someone else, (as it's quite possible to have it and not know it) then you should be willing to date that same population. Otherwise, if we follow your logic, you might give a woman aids and then turn around and say, "opps, sorry, you've got aids, I can't date you."
