I will be out of surgery in a few hours for bomb frags in my arm, 1 man that you more than likely would have called inadiquit for the wonders of youself, was killed right next to me, as well as others injured. I led these GREAT men into battle and you would tear them down for your own gratification. I will be back because this child that has no idea who I am and that I have been in two wars to let her spit her venom out. She has tried to tell men that she has us ALL FIGURED OUT, but she has no clue. See you as soon as the fog of war leaves me. Am I mad at you, no, just disapointed that you lump every man that has come on this post as the same.

Although I don't agree with some of the statements that Eliz has made here , she does have the right to speak her mind and defend her beliefs. So , telling her to leave this site probobly isn't the fairest way of handling the situation. We all have our own opinions , and those opinions might not be shared by everyone that uses this site. But thats part of the whole picture. Like I've said , Eliz might be wrong about her opinions on men and relationships , but I kind of have to her credit for defending her beliefs. I'll wait and see if she has the courage to continue defending her stance.

Justme68. you make a great point, yet you end it, by challenging her to continue her ways of trying to make 2 wrongs into a right. Having a civilized discussion is not having to call names to anyone because they do not believe or take heart to your point of view, but RESPECT them for having an opinion to begin with. that is what makes the world go round, and allows from some great conversations. It would be absolutely a boring world if we all agreed with everything we all said now wouldn't it?

MrSmiles...I agree with you on 99%, and the other 1% is so minor its not worth mentioning...but biggest problem is she does not and is not LISTENING to anyone...she hears what she wants to hear, and nothing else.
Standing up for your convictions is NOT the same as being intentionally obtuse.
Nor is it an excuse to bash and call childish names.
That was and is my problem with the child in a womans body....
and if thats name calling, I apologize..but I call it like I see it..and fourth grade insults do not show a womans attitude to me.
But, hey...whats the point of arguing? In her mind, she is right..and no amount of well meaning advice is going to change that.

Luvin, I do see your point, and thanks for your words. I just look at it as a challenge to have a good debate which energizes the brain cells so to speak. Nothing like getting the brain working early in the morning, and keeping ones cool about it is a challenge in itself. I enjoy, and get great fun and pleasure out of debating anyone and everyone, to have them speak their mind freely and openly, yet never ever ever lose my cool, because that is a part of me that just doesn't exist. Maybe when I was younger, you might have had the chance to glimps at my other side, which I left behind long ago, but for now it is just stimulating the mind, and that is rewarding enough for me.
I do see your point, yet I MUST say to you, as to her. 2 wrongs don't make a right, and if we can simply discuss like human beings, which forgive for sounding as if I'm preaching my ways here. this would be a lot more fun.
Discussions can be and will be won, by just keeping ones cool about how they say what they mean to say, and how the rest of the world sees them handle others opinions. some might not give a dam, yet in my eyes, it says a great deal about the person loosing it in public. OUCH!

Well... just about most of the people that have contributed to this thread are guilty of using insults and mud-slinging to get their point across , or in retaliation for some of Eliz's views and opinions. Not defending her , or her trying to make 2 wrongs into a right. Just stating that she does have a right to speak her mind here , however wrong she might be. And if she really believes in what she has said here , then maybe she can defend her thought and opinions with some reasons for feeling the way she does.
Oh yes.. I was offended with her remarks about psychology. Ha!
