Yo jersey I was lucky enough to date two different ladies for about one year each, not at the same time. What an a** I was twice I was an atm or mac for these ladies and at no time did either ever open her wallet. After these two I am just here to see what is happenenenen. Back in Pa. we call them hookers or horizontal ladies. I do not expect them to pay for most things but when the second asked for money for three months rent I was history and that is the truth. Name withheld for security reasons but they call me Willie so fricken blast away. 
At least you had the good judgement to get out of dodge and quickly. Ask for money for 3 months rent ??? Hope you just laughed like it was the biggest joke you'd ever heard.

Thank you Ms. duchessa I am not afraid I have taken Ladies out in Fl. and the weight, a few extra pounds goes from 3 to 55. Can't speak for women, but as an individual I'm not looking. Been there, done that and now I enjoy the freedom of just being me. It's nice to have companionship, a friend to enjoy long drives to places of interest, and a dinner partner now and again. Have resigned myself to the idea that I've abandoned the kitchen (unless it's where I want to be) and not on a schedule to where it requires constant attention to another. Don't want to rise in the morning and the first feeling be "need to make myself persentable". Heck, I can walk around the house with every hair standing on end, no makeup, and in an old sleep T-shirt that should have been tossed 5 years ago. But I'm me, and I enjoy the freedom of being so without having to be a social planner and staying on edge because I should be strictly in tune to a relationship. Guess that leaves my name out of the pot for possible dates.

Sounds like my personal plan..... after a bit of a disaster with what I thought was a meaningful relationship (WTF is that?), I am not looking any more.
And the idea of dressing up is gone. I wear black jeans and have good ones for going to stores and functions and every day one that have seen better days. Kind of like me...  Harley T shirts of course as I have 50 or so. I have a couple nice polo shirts for dress up. LOL!
I get up and make the coffee and avoid the mirror so I don't scare myself..... 
Cook? Whatinell is that? I boil eggs regularly but if I cook, it is on a George Foreman or my electric grill. My VFW has an awesome cook!

That's my personal plan too. I've no interest in looking anymore. My Grandson wants to continue living with me and except for keeping my toes warm he is all I need. We get along well together. If he should happen to get married it will be a case of the more the merrier. This is a good size house.

I am amazed at the young people these days that are in such bad shape they can't walk. Some of us older ones can outrun them anyday of the week. Guess that's a good thing because as you age the trigger spring on your mouth fails to work and BLURP whatever crosses your mind comes out of your mouth.
