Hardly call it cooking, putting a boneless pork roast in the oven, frozen veggies over the top, last few minutes, cottage cheese and sliced tomato.

I will be making Cheeseburger n' fries casserole.
This reminds me of Greek fries.
2 lbs lean ground beef
can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 package, 20 oz or more frozen crinkle cut French fries.
Brown beef, drain, stir in soups.
Put into greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Arrange french fries on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 50 to 55 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.

I had done a survey off ipoll. It sent me two boxes of free Kraft mac and cheese. Orders were try #1. Then give opinion. Same old crap...pale, hardly cheesy. Then try #2 four days later. WOW! Super good. If this is the new way they will sell it....bring it on baby! I usually dont do anything with mac except to dump the cheese powder in so it tastes like cheese. Did the milk and butter these, and good. Now..how will I know if they sell it. sigh.

Orz -- I had a survey like that too and received two boxes of Kraft mac and cheese.
I didn't care for either box. The first box was no good at all and the second box
was a little better than box #1 but still not that good as I would expect the Kraft
name to be.

I drove mom bats. When I was in the 4 room grade school, one of the local ladies cooked. And another lady helped too. We dined on fry cakes, oven fried chicken..home cooking. And the best cheese mac I ever ate. Mom tried to duplicate it every way she could think of. And I said nope, nope, nope. Wish I had gotten recipes from the lady. The donuts were kept hot in the oven til lunch. Mangy looking, gnarly, bubbly, crispy donuts! Never found any like them.
The first box did suck. But the second was pretty good. Best of all..free!

Perhaps something like this. It's so simple, even the "what are you cooking today" challenged, can do it. Baked "Idaho" potato with the works and more. The "more" is, substitute blue cheese dressing w/extra crumbles, for sour cream and add crab and/or shrimp. A meal in itself.

I also have to make deviled eggs.
I will probably will make meatballs in sauce.

Sorry Mom. Best corned beef and cabbage I ever had was at the Bank Brewery, but it's closed now.
I was told, by an Irishman, they don't eat CBnC over there, but never trust an Irishman you don't know. Sneaky devils, they are. They all think you're after their pot o gold.

I adore those frozen frost blocks in the freezer. Double dare to ID. My boarder is good at clean up. Microwave and see what he got. lol. Today I will butter fry the last of the chicken livers I bought. And share with pup. Dad used to like them so I never took them. I took the gizzards and hearts and left livers for him. Advantage to living alone...MINE!
