You don't. Fair enough.

I, for one, do! It's the basic prerequisite for considering someone human, and not an animal. (For the record, I am not into bestiality.)

As far as sex is concerned: all in good time. I've got to love someone heart and soul to even consider going there.

But, if she can't engage my mind, I figure she can't give informed consent, and sex would be rape, rather like taking advantage of a teenager by feeding her bullshit that she wants to hear.

come on oldschool, you're not splitting hairs.....you're splitting the whole damn cranium.

take it in the context it was intended.....then you'll get the point

Coming from me some will laugh, however before getting into the brainy power stuff, maybe just light conversation for starters.

There are a lot of brainy women here, a lot will keep up with you so i don't think that is it. Most i believe and this is just me, they love intelligent conversation, instead of f this and F that.

Once again; Karl hits the nail on the head... If it weren't for the intelligent men on here. AKA Neo. Karl , Wiley to name a few examples. I would have left a long time ago.
And of course my dear friend John .. Some have deleted ; which is a damn shame.

Why do many women seem to be put off by intelligent men?

their not... no woman is put off by intelligence..

they can be put off by hygiene, crudity,
and for me, an over extended abdominal area,

but intelligence? NEVER....
actually, i like it, when a male can say something
that i know nothing about... makes me think! and i
go find out about it, even if its just Google.

i find the opposite to be true in my case. I look for someone that can conversate with me on any level. I can hold my own and im not an a** about things meaning if im wrong i will say that i am wrong but most men dont like that i can conversate and have an intelligent debate and make valid points. Most are turned off or will make remarks towards womanhood such as we were better off bare foot and pregnant, etc.

It's not the size of the spell-checker that matters........it's how you use it.
