The majority of men find long hair on women feminine. For some men, the length of a woman's hair doesn't matter to them.
I like my own hair no shorter than shoulder length. Sometimes it's longer than that.

I think if you wear long Hair, it should be good taking care of. nicely trimmed ,shinny and healthy ,I have seen to many Women with stringy Hair and flipping the Hair like it is Sexy. {not] JMHO.
I think the same thing. I know older women still trying to wear long even when it is thin, looking ragged. It's not pretty to me when it gets to that point. I have naturally curly hair, easy to work with. My beautician loves my hair because all you need is a blow dryer and round brush and you can pretty much do what you want, however it is a little thick. I have to style it in layers.

I think you change the hairstyle when it doesn't flatter your appearance anymore. Only the person wearing the hair style can decide that.

I asked the hairdresser this very thing last week. She said I can keep my hair long as long as I want, but then I'd probably be relegated to wearing it in a bun which I don't like. Otherwise I think it just depends on the condition of your facial skin. If it's very wrinkled and you have dark hair for example, the darkness tends to accentuate the wrinkles and make you look older. This is where blondes have it made. They never have to go gray.

When I was a little Girl I had Hair down my Butt. My Grandmother used to pull and brush the Hell out of it. I hated my Hair, always a stupid Bow or a clip in it  When I was on my Own , I wore every Vidal Sasson cut he came out with. Loved all his Styles. I always liked and still do super Hair cuts. Again all this Stuff is very personal if you like it so be it.

I'm kinda in the opposite shoes. My mom kept my hair short like a boys. It was hard to manage since it was naturally curly. I'd wake up looking like Phyllis Diller every day, it was a rats nest. Now that I'm able to take better care of my hair, buying good products, going to a beautician, I am able to wear it long. So, since it was short all my childhood and teens, I've kept it long since. It's also difficult to see my gray since I have dirty blond hair. I have like 10 different colors of hair, so it's hard to see any gray, which I do have

I don't know. maybe when they lose interest in men. I've already been through menopause. I'm more interested in sex now that I'm older then I ever was in youth so I have no clue.
I'm never going to cut my hair other than to trim the split ends.
I stopped dying my hair. the reality is that I'm a 61 year old woman with grey hair. I'm okay with that no matter how many people want to try to look a age that they're not. I'm the same person I've always been just in a older body. so be it.
