I offer a rational explanation for the faint ruddy, powdery material that SRV assumes is rust.

The WTC dust particles used by Jones /Harritt and Millette for analysis are referred to as red-grey chips. This is due to the steel frame being coated in a rust preventative, and this is red in colour. As the building collapsed, untold square meters of paint flakes contributed to the dust cloud and these red-grey chips comprise a large part of every sample taken.

Now, the part in question came to rest on top of 5WTC and was filmed before the second tower collapsed raining debris and dust down onto 5WTC.

Red-grey dust chips would be a rational explanation of the slight ruddy powder that SRV is trying to claim is rust (and planted-both without a scrap of evidence).
