Quote from shylywilling:
Umm, I don't want to insult your intelligence but, an equipped work station is often possessed by a steward whom is granted dominion of that which is provided.

We know how to behave civilized, most do it as a matter of family structure, ie.. I often have had and do make use of many resources I do not own, nor need to.

Our immature fear of others taking advantage of our hard work is exactly what enslaves us to being disadvantaged/retarded. Perhaps you, nuff, do not realize your intoxication that has you fighting for the front seat of last place car. Chuckle. The truth is sobering.

Private property capitalism is the "forbidden fruit" and is the enemy of state.

I have been given unto a parable to share.

We have 20 racers that split into two separate groups for ten-lap timed qualifying races. The ten in group-A beat and bang their way all the way to the checker flag and some may not even make it while even the winner has been damaged and progress and performance slowed. Group-B runs nose to tail like a freight train right to and beyond the checker. Not even a scratch at the finish on any of the ten competitors in group-B. The winner of Group A has a slower qualifying time/speed then even the last place competitor in the unblemished cooperatively aerodynamically advantaged group B.

Group-A displayed Laissez faire capitalism and raced only for personal victory at all cost even at a personal risk sustained damage in effort to beat and or eliminate competitors. Group-B displayed the democratic Christian communist principle. One for all and all for one. The entire group-B outperformed even the winner of group-A.

The entire group of capitalists do not qualify in the top ten performers. All ten democratic communists survive and thrive.

Cast of Characters

Group A: (Embryo of gods)

1st place through 9th place.....The elite one percenters. They start up front in the newest and most advanced proven equipment and are virtually unchallenged the entire race. Includes some passengers which otherwise would not be in this group. Senior public and corporate administrative executives. The Vatican.

10th place......The other ninety nine percent of the population. Various stages of upper middle economic classes, surplus labor, economically disenfranchised and physically disadvantaged classes. The enslaved classes. Many in this group have no idea that they are limited to at best the front seat of the last car by the deliberate intentions and leverages of the one percent advantaged. Many have been tricked into believing that they are unfairly limited by and supporting their fellow enslaved passengers in the back seat instead of the one percent. Nobody in this car can enjoy the ride as it is a constant uncivil battle to just maintain a seat in hopes of an enjoyable ride.

Group B: (Infant of LORD God)

Equal citizens of civilization. Mature, evolved, and survived.

Great you understand the concept of both PRIVATE PROPERTY and PUBLIC PROPERTY...

Want to use a public tooth brush?

Want to wear public underwear?

private possession are private for a reason...

And you speak as if team work is forbidden in a Capitalistic system...It is allowed...

Certainly the polar opposite definitions are socialism is for all and capitalism is for the individual...

but human nature is to get more as you do more...

both can work...but there is a reason the majority of the planet runs on capitalism and not socialism...

Even Europe which is far more Socialist than the US is Capitalism...

And this is where the term democratic Socialism is derived...

When your economy is Capitalism and the government taxes income...you GET Democratic Socialism...

The taxes you pay are used for the collective...

And as long as we remain Capitalism...and we will...and we ALSO tax income...

WE WILL BE A DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM...

That is a political distinction not an economic distinction...

I don't want to re-use someone's rubber gloves or previously chewed food either. Some things are consumed privately but that still does not give justification for owning/hoarding more then one's daily needs. A brand new tooth brush and undies daily, per person even, is a small price to pay to eliminate all the harm inspired by the pursuit and possession of private property.

There is plenty more resources that could be utilized to end suffering, nurture growth, evolution, and recreation, and still conserve a full quarter in reserve if we just free up the resources hoarded and possessed by the current elite one percent of the global population.

Quote from tileman1814:
Here is a list of loosers who need to find new jobs after the next election. These people get overpaid to do a job NOT to play political games.

12 Senate Democrats are being targeted by Republicans in 2018:
Ten of these Democrats are from strong Trump Republican states:

Florida Bill Nelson (D)
Indiana Joe Donnelly (D)
Michigan Debbie Stabenow (D)
Missouri Claire McCaskill (D)
Montana Jon Tester (D)
New Jersey Bob Menendez (D)
North Dakota Heidi Heitkamp (D)
Ohio Sherrod Brown (D)
Pennsylvania Bob Casey (D)
Virginia Tim Kaine (D)
West Virginia Joe Manchin (D)
Wisconsin Tammy Baldwin (D)

These Democrats are sitting members on the Senate Finance Committee:

Ron Wyden, Oregon, Ranking Member
Debbie Stabenow, Michigan
Maria Cantwell, Washington
Bill Nelson, Florida
Bob Menendez, New Jersey
Tom Carper, Delaware
Ben Cardin, Maryland
Sherrod Brown, Ohio
Michael Bennet, Colorado
Bob Casey, Pennsylvania
Mark Warner, Virginia
Claire McCaskill, Missouri
On Tuesday Democrats on the Senate Finance Committee sought to stall the confirmations of Steven Mnuchin and Tom Price, President Trump’s picks for Treasury secretary and secretary of health and human services, by skipping the committee hearing.

They would rather play politics than show up to do the job they were paid to do.

Absolutely...lol

Just like your side has its pros and cons so does capitalism...

which the reason the US is a democratic socialism government it remains a capitalism economy...and is a World Power as well....

Many things are innovated that may not even exist without capitalism...sure not all of those are good, but enough are...lol

Get federal taxes down to 15% while keeping medicare and social security which adds another 10% (from the individual) cut the employer portion of Social Security by 5% and raise the FICA cap to 500K...

The adjust federal spending to the income this creates with a balanced budget problem is solved...and then we BEGIN to actually pay the principal on our debt...

The daughter of Rev. Al Sharpton, and the mother of Eric Garner, who died in a struggle with police in 2014, were both arrested Tuesday at a protest outside of Trump Tower in New York City.

Garner’s mother, Gwen Carr, was an outspoken supporter of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during the presidential election.

Sharpton’s youngest daughter Ashley is the director of the of the National Action Network’s Youth Huddle group, the New York Post reported.

The group of was on hand to protests President Trump’s Supreme Court nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch, but they were likely going to protest regardless of who the president picked.

“In an act of civil disobedience and in the tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Eric Garner’s mom and others were arrested tonight…over President Trump’s SCOTUS nominee Neil Gorsuch,” Rachel Noerdlinger, the spokeswoman for Sharpton, said in a statement.

Trump to Keep Obama Executive Order Protecting LGBTQ Federal Workers
by KATHERINE RODRIGUEZ 31 Jan 2017

An executive order signed by former President Barack Obama in 2014 protecting federal employees from anti-LGBTQ discrimination will continue to be enforced under the Trump administration, the White House announced Tuesday.

“President Donald J. Trump is determined to protect the rights of all Americans, including the LGBTQ community,” the White House said in a statement. “The executive order signed in 2014, which protects employees from anti-LGBTQ workplace discrimination while working for federal contractors, will remain intact at the direction of President Donald J. Trump.”

The executive order signed by Obama in July 2014 prevents federal contractors from discriminating based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

“Donald Trump campaigned promising to be a ‘real friend’ to the LGBT community, and now President Trump is delivering on that commitment,” Log Cabin Republicans president Gregory Angelo told CNN. “Log Cabin Republicans is proud to have directly lobbied for this important preservation of LGBT equality in the federal workforce.”

Bloomberg News reported that President Trump might include an exemption for those affiliated with religious groups, but the White House has not made an official statement about exemptions to the executive order.

The stream protection rule is really just a thinly veiled attempt to wipe out coal mining jobs. The Obama administration had a well-documented history of anti-energy policies—with coal as enemy number one. It’s estimated that the stream protection rule could wipe out one-third of the nation’s coal mining workforce.

The Department of Interior’s own reports show that mines are safe and the surrounding environment is well-protected. This rule upends over 400 regulations already on the books. It ignores the federal, state, and local regulations that were already in place. During the rule making process, the federal government shut out the states that would be affected.

Not much more could be wrong with this rule, but the Obama administration ignored our concerns and pushed the rule through in December. That’s why we will vote to overturn it today.

Or how about the Bureau of Land Management’s methane rule?

It hurts people. This is another anti-energy policy, this time targeted at the oil and natural gas industry. Its intended purpose is to regulate emissions from production on federal lands, but it would effectively (and intentionally) make it impossible for producers to develop resources on federal lands, cutting out tens of thousands of jobs for people in the West.

It’s poorly-crafted. This rule ignores the fact that the EPA is the agency designed to regulate air quality—and it already does. Furthermore, emissions on federal lands have gone down substantially, even though natural gas and oil production on federal lands has risen dramatically.

In other words, it’s not needed. Existing regulatory regimes and industry innovation have combined to solve any potential emissions issues.

Thankfully, we now have a president who understands that regulations often hurt more than help. President Trump signed an executive order this week that will retire two regulations for every new regulation created. We look forward to working with this president to uphold sensible regulations and eliminate regulations that hurt Americans.

Liberation theology is an effort by the Marxists to divert Christianity from its otherworldly mission to its own mission of destroying private capitalism. Liberation theology proponents like Shy try to twist the Bible to mean that private capitalism, private ownership of goods, is forbidden by God and is a grave sin in the eyes of God. For example, he interprets the “forbidden fruit” in the Garden of Eden story as representative of--wait for it--you guessed it, private capitalism. This is an “allegorical” reinterpretation of the literal meaning of the passage. Allegorical reinterpretations are totally subjective, because there are as many allegorical reinterpretations of the literal meaning as there are people. Literal interpretations, by contrast, are objective, because they tend to be unique. Those who interpret passages literally, therefore, tend to agree with one another on what it means. The principal rule in interpreting a Scriptural passage or paragraph is to take it literally unless it is clear from its context or from parallel passages that it is to be taken otherwise, and when it is to be taken otherwise, the meaning of the figures are usually given in the passage. This rule is based on the premise that God is a God of Truth, that he is not a liar, that he says what he means and means what he says. This is illustrated most clearly in allegorical reinterpretations of the literal meaning of Biblical prophecy. Whenever Biblical prophecy has been fulfilled in the course of history, it has always been the Literal meaning of the prophecy that has proven correct. There is no such thing as an allegorical fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

God has strictly commanded: “Thou shalt NOT covet thy neighbor’s wife, and thou shalt NOT covet thy neighbor’s goods.” Does it sound like God is forbidding the private ownership of goods in this passage? No, quite the opposite. Men are permitted, in this world, to have their own wives and their own goods, in the eyes of God. Shy, if you are going to argue for socialism, leave God out of it. Marxism was invented by the partisans of Satan as part of their war against God. Anything can be used for good or for evil, including capitalism. And capitalism exists. It is merely a question of who owns the capital. When a private citizen owns it, it is “private capitalism”, when the state owns it, it is “state capitalism”. The Marxists wage war against private capitalism by outlawing private capitalism. They want the state to own all capital in order to control its citizens. If the state owns everything, it can withhold essential things like food and water if you do not renounce Christ, for example. It facilitates the war they are waging against God and his people. That’s what it is all about. It’s a weapon in the war that Satan is presently waging against God and his people.

Café, a Senator has now introduced a bill to do away with the EPA, and that is a good idea in my opinion. All Federal agencies like the FDA and the EPA, which were originally created under the guise of protecting Americans, are now being used by the Illuminati puppets to destroy America.

And I say do away with all Federal agencies that are being used to destroy America. We lived without them for centuries, and we can live without them now.

Why should fines ever be levied? Restitution, sure, but how does taking money from people, and giving it to government serve justice? A just manner of punishment should be time. That way it doesn't favor the rich, and overly punish the poor.

A 1 day fine costs a 250/hr lawyer $2000 in opportunity cost, and $80 for the 10/hr burger flipper. Plus the punishment rewards the community, rather than giving politicians more money to waste.

“Chemtrail Cough” is Sweeping the Nation -- Death by Respiratory Disease Has Skyrocketed

While everyone continues to talk about unimportant issues like Ukraine, mass shooters and Bilderberg (all distractions in my view) the greatest environmental catastrophe that our species has ever seen is unfolding right in front of us and barely a whimper of resistance is forming from libertarians and truth seekers.

Have you noticed that everyone around you is congested and coughing? I am calling this new syndrome “chemtrail cough.” My wife is coughing, I am coughing and now even our dogs are coughing. In just four years death by respiratory disease has skyrocketed from 8th in the world to 3rd and possibly even 2nd.

If someone in congress receives a letter with a little bit of white powder in it the capitol is evacuated and the media freaks out and starts screaming “terrorists.” However, right over their heads, hundreds of tons of nano aluminum and barium are being sprayed on them daily and yet nobody seems to care.

Yesterday I heard Alex Jones start his broadcast by saying his throat hurt and his voice was messed up because of something in the air but he didn’t know what it was.

Just one hour before his show started I heard the world’s leading expert on the subject of chemtrails and geoengineering (Dane Wiginton) conduct an interview and he sounded terrible too.

Alex often talks about what people will put up with. One of his ideas is to go door to door in Austin and ask homeowners if it would be ok to put cameras in their bedrooms and then record their responses. Of course no sane person would allow that yet they do allow the nsa and countless other agencies and private corporations to do exactly the same thing via their smart tv’s and smart phones.

Here’s my idea. How would anyone from Infowars or any other patriot radio show like it if I cornered your kid somewhere, opened a can of bug spray and emptied the entire can on their face? You probably wouldn’t like it too much and yet you tolerate the EXACT same thing to be done to your kids on a daily basis by Bill Gates and the rest of the geo-engineering fanatics.

How is this not the number one story in the world all day and every day? Has everyone in the alternative media lost their minds too? We know that nano sized particulate of aluminum is very harmful to the brain and is responsible for killing everything that lives and yet it is rarely discussed and very little effort is directed to exposing it and stopping it.

Don’t people understand that if we don’t stop this right now there will be nothing left to live and fight for?

They are turning the sky over the entire country white daily. I have saved these recent satellite images to illustrate just how much material they are dumping on us. The sprayers repeat the same pattern day after day with very few exceptions.

They typically spray heavily first thing in the morning and greet the sun as it rises. They then spray all day long following the sun as it crosses the sky. They then spray heavily in the west as the sun sets.

The aluminum and barium (blanketing us all day) dissipates and falls to the ground in the early evening. The planes then return to their bases to refuel, rearm and get ready for the next attack the next morning.

Unless all radio talk show hosts come together and put an end to this craziness called geo-engineering it is my opinion that all life on earth will die and the battle for the future of humanity will be lost.

Dane Wigington should be on every radio show at least once a week to cover the latest developments in the collapse of our ecosystem. It’s accelerating and nothing is being done to curtail these insane programs.

real clouds would form and move over the mountains and we would lay on the grass and
watch them change shape. now all we see is stripes crisscrossing the sky all day.
my family is all wheezing, coughing, sore throats going on 4 weeks now

‘Bowling Green Massacre’ Plot: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know
Published 1:06 am EST, February 3, 2017
By Jessica McBride

Iraqi "refugee" flashback...Hammadi & Alwan

Two Iraqi refugees were sent to federal prison in the Bowling Green, Kentucky terrorism case for scheming to help Al-Qaeda murder U.S. soldiers in Iraq.

The men, Iraqi citizens who spent time in Syria, did not commit a “massacre” on U.S. soil (Donald Trump’s adviser Kellyanne Conway used that word on television), but they were accused of conspiring to blow up American service members in Iraq with weapons of mass destruction (IEDs). A government sentencing memo says one of the men confessed he had used IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) “hundreds of times” in Iraq.

Mohanad Shareef Hammadi, 25, and Waad Ramadan Alwan, 41, never managed to carry out the schemes they hatched once they found haven in Kentucky because the feds had infiltrated their circle. However, the sentencing memo says Alwan confessed that, back in Iraq, “he twice blew up Bradley tanks, and on one occasion participated in an attack that killed U.S. soldiers.” Hammadi, who immigrated to the United States in 2009, applied for refugee status after traveling from Iraq to Syria, a sentencing memorandum in his case says.

Their arrests in 2011 prompted then President Barack Obama to slow the Iraqi refugee program in the United States for several months. The government tightened the vetting process, including checking refugee fingerprints against IEDs.
A 2013 ABC News investigation into the case reported that a pattern was suspected: “Several dozen suspected terrorist bombmakers, including some believed to have targeted American troops, may have mistakenly been allowed to move to the United States as war refugees, according to FBI agents investigating the remnants of roadside bombs recovered from Iraq and Afghanistan.” That figure included the two men. The sentencing memo says that, before becoming a refugee to America, Alwan “stated that he left Iraq and fled to Syria because he was wanted in Iraq for insurgent activities.” Several years before being allowed into the United States, he was arrested “in Iraq for IED activity.”

“These two former Iraqi insurgents participated in terrorist activities overseas and attempted to continue providing material support to terrorists while they lived here in the United States,” the assistant attorney general prosecuting the case said when the men were sentenced in 2011.

Both President Donald Trump and Conway have jumped on the Bowling Green case to accuse the media and critics of a double standard in analyzing Trump’s immigration ban. However, Trump’s ban encompasses seven countries (including Iraq), including one indefinite ban (Syria), and it applies to nationals from those countries, not just refugees. Initially, the Trump ban also roped in green card holders, although the administration later clarified that green card holders were exempt.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. The Men Were Convicted of Trying to Help Al-Qaeda Harm U.S. Soldiers, Whom Alwan
Both men were Iraqi citizens who were living in Bowling Green, Ky. at the time of their arrests.

They “admitted using improvised explosive devices (IEDs) against U.S. soldiers in Iraq and…attempted to send weapons and money to Al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI) for the purpose of killing U.S. soldiers,” the Department of Justice press release announcing the men’s sentencing said.

Hammadi pleaded guilty on Aug. 21, 2012, to 12 counts; he was accused of “attempting to provide material support to terrorists and to AQI; conspiring to transfer, possess and export Stinger missiles; and making a false statement in an immigration application,” said DOJ. His case is still open because he is now challenging his sentence, according to federal court records.

DOJ said Alwan “pleaded guilty to conspiring to kill U.S. nationals abroad; conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction (explosives) against U.S. nationals abroad; distributing information on the manufacture and use of IEDs; attempting to provide material support to terrorists and to AQI and conspiring to transfer, possess and export Stinger missiles.”

The men thought they were moving very valuable equipment, but their activities were being videotaped by authorities. “They loaded five rocket-propelled grenade launchers, five machine guns, five cases of C4 explosive, two sniper rifles, one box of 12 hand grenades, two Stinger surface-to-air missile launchers and what they believed to be a total of $565,000,” the release said.

Alwan “spoke of his efforts to kill U.S. soldiers in Iraq, stating ‘lunch and dinner would be an American,'” the release says.

According to the release, Hammadi was sentenced to life in federal prison, and Alwan was sentenced to 40 years in federal prison, followed by a life term of supervised release. Both defendants had pleaded guilty to federal terrorism charges.

“These are experienced terrorists who willingly and enthusiastically participated in what they believed were insurgent support operations designed to harm American soldiers in Iraq,” the U.S. attorney said in the release, which adds that Alwan received a lesser sentence because he cooperated with the prosecution.

2. Conway Was Mocked for Referring to the Plot as a ‘Massacre’
Donald Trump’s adviser Kellyanne Conway was criticized on social media for referring to Bowling Green as a massacre. The men in question aimed to harm American soldiers overseas. Trump critics quickly leapt to criticize Conway, although the Bowling Green case was certainly very serious. That didn’t stop Twitter from laughing:

Here’s what Conway said to MSNBC’s Chris Matthews:
I bet it’s brand new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalized and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green massacre. Most people don’t know that because it didn’t get covered.

The local newspaper – the Bowling Green Daily News – noted that the case received extensive coverage.

Daniel Pike @DPikeBGDN
We couldn't cover the Bowling Green Massacre because it didn't happen, but this newspaper has written close to 100 stories about that case.

National news outlets also did major exposes on the Bowling Green plot at the time.

3. Both Men Admitted to Trying to Harm U.S. Soldiers in Iraq & Hammadi Participated in a Dozen Attacks

Alwan “admitted participating in IED attacks against U.S. soldiers in Iraq, and Hammadi admitted to participating in 10 to 11 IED attacks as well as shooting at a U.S. soldier in an observation tower,” the release said.

The men’s activities were foiled when the feds used a confidential informant to infiltrate their circle.

The confidential informant told Alwan “that he was working with a group to ship money and weapons to Mujahadeen in Iraq. From September 2010 through May 2011, Alwan participated in ten separate operations to send weapons and money that he believed were destined for terrorists in Iraq,” the DOJ said.

Between October 2010 and January 2011, “Alwan drew diagrams of multiple types of IEDs” and showed the informant how to make them. In January 2011, “Alwan recruited Hammadi, a fellow Iraqi national living in Bowling Green, to assist in these material support operations,” according to the release.

“Beginning in January 2011 and continuing until his arrest in late May 2011, Hammadi participated with Alwan in helping load money and weapons that he believed were destined for terrorists in Iraq,” the release says.

4. Alwan’s Fingerprints Were Found on an Unexploded IED in Iraq
In recorded conversations with the confidential informant, “Alwan allegedly stated that he used to procure explosives and missiles while an insurgent in Iraq; that his insurgent group conducted strikes daily; and that he used IEDs in Iraq hundreds of times,” another DOJ press release says, this one announcing the men’s indictment.

“At one point, Alwan allegedly drew diagrams of four types of IEDs for the CHS and provided verbal instructions on how to build these devices. He also discussed occasions in which he had used these types of IEDs against U.S. troops. Asked whether he had achieved results from these devices in Iraq, Alwan allegedly replied, ‘Oh yes,’ mentioning that his attacks had ‘f–ked up’ Hummers and also targeted Bradley fighting vehicles,” the release said.

The release, which summarizes the charging documents, says the FBI identified two latent fingerprints belonging to Alwan “on a component of an unexploded IED that was recovered by U.S. forces near Bayji, Iraq. Alwan had allegedly advised the (informant) that he lived in that area of Iraq and worked at the power plant in Bayji. Alwan had also allegedly told the (informant) how he had used a particular brand of cordless telephone base station in IEDs. Alwan’s fingerprints were allegedly found on this particular brand of cordless base station in the IED that was recovered in Iraq.”

The sentencing memo says that Alwan said his group in Iraq “had planned to detonate the IED against a United States military convoy the following morning but it was discovered and removed before they returned to detonate the device.”

Furthermore, Alwan, the charging documents said, “also described IED attacks on U.S. troops that he participated in with others, including an associate whom Alwan said had lost an eye when an IED exploded prematurely. According to the charging documents, U.S. forces recovered an unexploded IED near Bayji from which a latent fingerprint belonging to this associate was later recovered. The charging documents allege that this associate was detained by U.S. troops in June 2006 and had a false eye.”

5. The Men Came to the United States as Refugees & the Case Led Obama to Tighten Vetting for the Iraqi Refugee Program to the U.S.

The case of the two Iraqis “did raise questions about the government’s process for clearing refugees for migration to the U.S.,” CBS News reported in 2015, adding that it led to an increase in government vetting procedures.

The Mirror describes what Obama did this way: “Paused approvals of refugee applications from Iraq for a period of six months after two Iraqi al-Qaeda terrorists were discovered living as refugees in Kentucky.” The news site says Obama’s action was in response to a “specific event” and designed to give authorities time to do the fingerprint matches off recovered IEDs. ABC news had reported in 2013 that the president temporarily “stopped” processing Iraqi refugees while the program was tightened.

However, The Washington Post reported that a former Obama administration official named on Finer has “denied that any ban in Iraqi refugee admissions was put in place under Obama.”

“While the flow of Iraqi refugees slowed significantly during the Obama administration’s review, refugees continued to be admitted to the United States during that time, and there was not a single month in which no Iraqis arrived here,” Finer wrote in Foreign Policy, according to The Post. “In other words, while there were delays in processing, there was no outright ban.” (Another official backed up Finer’s account to the Post.)

The Post did reprint this 2011 exchange between Republican Senator from Maine, Susan Collins, and then Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano as to whether “a hold had been placed on Iraqi visa applications.” Collins asked at the congressional hearing: “So my question is, is there a hold on that population until they can be more stringently vetted to ensure that we’re not letting into this country, people who would do us harm?” Napolitano responded,

Yep. Let me, if I might, answer your question two parts. First part, with respect to the 56, 57,000 who were resettled pursuant to the original resettlement program, they have all been revetted against all of the DHS databases, all of the NCTC [National Counter Terrorism Center] databases and the Department of Defense’s biometric databases and so that work has now been done and focused.

On March 1, 2009, two years before the controversy, Hammadi, seeking refugee status, signed a form entitled “Sworn Statement of Refugee Applying for Admission to the United States” (Refugee Application), according to the sentencing memorandum in his case. He checked no in boxes that asked questions about terrorist activity. Refugee status was granted, and he arrived in the U.S.

In fact, the memo says, Hammadi “was associated with the Jaysh al Mujahidin terrorist group in Iraq. Hammadi was taught how to build and use IEDs in Iraq. Hammadi told of his first attack on U.S. forces in Iraq in 2006 and stated it was on a main highway in Iraq and the IED was placed on the side of the road and covered with sand. Hammadi stated that the IED was detonated by a remote device and that Hammadi and his associates targeted a Humvee and multiple trucks.”

Trump brought up Obama’s pausing refugee admittance from Iraq for six months after his immigration ban received criticism, although there are many differences between his ban and the more limited action that Obama took.

According to CBS, the two men were Iraqi refugees. A U.S. government sentencing memorandum in Alwan’s case reads, “The Bowling Green office of the FBI’s Louisville Division initiated an investigation of Waad Ramadan Alwan in or about 2009. Alwan is an Iraqi national living in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He entered the United States on or about April 22, 2009, under a United States refugee program.”

Federal officials “already had evidence of Alwan’s ties to the Iraq insurgency from a fingerprint on a roadside bomb found in 2005, but it didn’t stop him from entering the U.S. as a refugee four years later. Federal investigators starting tracking Alwan after discovering he had been held in an Iraqi prison,” CBS News reported.

Google cozies to Trump but calls for his impeachment
It publicly cozies up to Trump while privately calling for his impeachment

Kelly Riddell - The Washington Times - Thursday, February 2, 2017

Google, or rather its parent company Alphabet, got used to dominating Washington under President Barack Obama’s rule. Perhaps, that’s why they’d like to see President Donald Trump impeached.

“Some of us may need to adopt Pence 2017 bumper stickers,” Google’s cofounder Sergey Brin joked at a company sponsored anti-Trump protest — the biggest demonstration from a Silicon Valley corporation this week — in response to Mr. Trump’s controversial immigration executive order.

More than 2,000 Google employees attended the protest on Monday, with it becoming a trending topic on Twitter with the hashtag #GooglersUnite. The rally came 24 hours after Google donated $2 million to the ACLU and Immigrant Legal Resource Center, to help fight Mr. Trump’s executive order, which was matched by $2 million in donations from Google employees.

The week prior, Google lawyers flooded the California office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, demanding she oppose Sen. Jeff Sessions’ confirmation as attorney general.

After investing millions ingraining itself within the Obama White House, Google is suddenly on the outside looking in with the Trump administration — and it clearly has Google rattled — protesting Mr. Trump in private, and then publicly trying to cozy up with him the next.
Eric Schmidt, Google’s former CEO and chair of Alphabet, has traveled to Trump Tower
at least twice to meet with the president and his team, but hasn’t made any real progress.

Maybe that’s because last week — before Mr. Trump signed his immigration order — Mr. Schmidt told Google employees that the Trump administration is “going to do these evil things as they’ve done in the immigration area and perhaps some others.”
Google’s corporate mantra is “don’t be evil.”

And yet, like any firm, Google needs to make money, and it’s benefited from peddling soft influence in the nation’s capital. Now that a new sheriff is in town, Google needs to at least pretend to play nice — or all be lost.

Alphabet cut ties with the Podesta Group, the Democratic-leaning lobbying arm run by John Podesta, the brother of Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, Bloomberg News reported. It’s also sponsored GOP outreach parties in Washington, working with the conservative The Independent Journal Review to connect with conservative lawmakers, The New York Times detailed.

In a lengthy Forbes profile on Mr. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushnar, Mr. Schmidt lavished on the praise, saying Mr. Kushnar was “the biggest surprise of the 2016 election,” and that “best I can tell, he actually ran the campaign and did it with essentially no resources.”

But, coming from a man who Mrs. Clinton has described as her “longtime friend,” who helped design her campaign’s voter targeting software, and from a company that was accused of rigging its search results to favor Mrs. Clinton throughout the 2016 contest, all of that may be too much for the Trump team.

Google has denied it ever manipulated its “autocomplete” function to steer users toward a search for “Hillary Clinton crime reform” when searching “Hillary Clinton crimes,” and “Hillary Clinton India” instead of “Hillary Clinton indictment.”
Still, there’s no doubt, Google’s culture — and profits — were deeply rooted within the Obama administration, and would continue under Mrs. Clinton.

When Mr. Obama looked to open Cuba, Google was there offering to expand internet access. It also jumped into save the blundering healthcare.gov website, and capitalized on providing its fiber into low-income urban neighborhoods. When Google was the target of a Federal Trade Commission investigation for anti-competitive practices, the government closed the case without any charges — although similar ones have been made overseas and are ongoing.
Megan Smith, a former Google vice president, was Mr. Obama’s chief technology officer, with the Campaign for Accountability, a nonprofit watchdog organization, identifying 258 more instances of so-called revolving door activity between Google and the Washington establishment. Johanna Shelton, Google’s director of public policy, visited Obama’s White House more than any other corporate lobbyist, the watchdog found.

Before Mr. Obama took office, Google spent almost no money trying to peddle political influence, now it’s a behemoth. It spent more than $15 million in lobbying in 2016, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, compared with $2.8 million in 2008. During Mr. Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, Google employees were the second-largest source of donations by any single U.S. company, with Microsoft being number one.

At the Federal Communications Commission, Google seemed to have free reign. It’s currently looking to get into the cable set-top box business, as well as get spectrum — that was reserved for broadcast companies — to offer Wi-Fi services.

“It seems that whatever Google wants, Google gets from [the FCC],” a broadcast industry lobbyist told TV Newscheck last year. Another one added: “What’s frustrating is this gut reaction among regulators that if Google says something, it’s good, but if a traditional media company says something, it’s questionable.”
Well, all of that may be ending.

FAKE NEWS ALERT: No, Judge Gorsuch Never Founded A 'Fascism' Club

Posted Thursday, February 2nd 2017 @ 3pm by Hannity.com Staff

The left is pulling out all the stops in their attempts to smear Judge Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump's nominee for the United States Supreme Court. The latest accusation is that Gorsuch founded a club called the "Fascism Forever Club" while he was in high school.

The "evidence" for the claim comes from the Georgetown Preparatory School yearbook from Gorsuch's time at the school, and was first reported on by the U.K. Daily Mail.

A blurb in the high school year book reads:

So it was this year as the seniors, jovial and compassionate souls, took up the burden allotted them by destiny. In political circles, our tireless President Gorsuch's "Fascism Forever" forum happily jerked its knees against the increasingly "left wing" tendencies of faculty. In social circles it was boosters as usual leading their flocks to greener fields. From rallies to games after-parties, they kept the intensity at a fever pitch.

There's just one problem. The so-called Fascism Forever club never actually existed and the blurb was likely a sophomoric joke.

Over at The National Review, Ed Whelan pours some cold water on the Daily Mail's report:

Earth to newpaper reporters: High-school yearbook editors sometimes have a sophomoric sense of humor.

I am reliably informed that no such club ever existed and that there was instead an inside joke among friends in the senior class that parodied political debates happening at the school. A contemporary of Gorsuch’s at the school also tells me that yearbook editors added stuff to student blurbs without their permission.

Since Trump announced his nomination to the high court, Gorsuch has received praise from both sides of the political aisle.

Republican Senator Mike Lee of Utah, who has himself argued in front of the Judge, called Gorsuch's nomination a "tremendous pick."

"[Judge Gorsuch] is a prepared, thoughtful, and careful jurist, who has demonstrated a strong commitment to textualism and originalism," wrote Lee. "His opinions are well-reasoned and brilliantly written, and he has enriched the Tenth Circuit’s jurisprudence in a number of areas during his ten years on the court."

Even some liberals praised Trump's choice.

"I am hard-pressed to think of one thing President Trump has done right in the last 11 days since his inauguration," wrote acting solicitor general in the Obama administration Neal Katyal in the pages of The New York Times. "Until Tuesday, when he nominated an extraordinary judge and man, Neil Gorsuch, to be a justice on the Supreme Court."

Despite the fact that Judge Gorsuch is clearly qualified for the post, Senate Democrats have vowed to block his nomination.

thank goodness this one went thru in a timely manner, despite the threats by some
to impede

CLINTON OFFICIAL CLAIMS BREITBART MASTERMINDED BERKELEY RIOTS
'I've heard there was some relationship between these people and the right wing'

A former Clinton administration official has launched a stunning new charge over who was responsible for the riots at UC Berkeley that erupted among left-wing radicals when Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos was supposed to speak, shutting down the event.

Robert Reich blames Breitbart News.

Reich was secretary of labor under Clinton, and now teaches at Berkeley.

The conversation was noticed by Alex Griswold at Mediaite as well as Scott Johnson at Powerline.

A compliant interviewer at CNN, Don Lemon, responded incredulously when Reich made the suggestion, that, “You think this was a strategy by Yiannopoulos or right wingers? That they put this on in an effort to show there’s no free speech on a college campus like UC Berkeley?”

Reich confirmed.

“I wouldn’t bet against it, Don. Again, I saw these people. They all looked very – almost paramilitary. They were not from the campus. I’ve heard, I don’t want to say factually, that there was some relationship there between these people and the right wing and the right-wing movement that is affiliated with Breitbart News.”

Reich had explained, “I was there for part of last night, and I know what I saw and those people were not Berkeley students. Those people were outside agitators. I have never seen them before.”

And he continued, “There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers. They were a part of a kind of group that was organized and ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event. So Donald Trump, when he says Berkeley doesn’t respect free speech rights, that’s a complete distortion of the truth.”

Johnson reported at Powerline that, “Reich leads a sheltered life. He apparently missed the wave of left-wing violence to which we have been treated in the age of Obama. He apparently missed the violence sponsored by the left during the inauguration of President Trump. Reich might want to take in the new Frontpage pamphlet by John Perazzo on Left Wing Hate Groups.”

There’s a long list of opinions on the reason for the riots, which have followed the Breitbart personality’s speeches as he travels the country. At Berkeley, officials estimated those rioting against the speaker caused $100,000 in damage and President Trump suggested federal funds shouldn’t be sent to a university that doesn’t protect the First Amendment.

Talk radio icon Michael Savage, who on Thursday aired a clip from Rep. Nancy Pelosi’s 2014 commencement address there, suggested she had a hand in.

“Being called a disruptor is a high compliment,” Pelosi said in the speech. “You here at Berkeley are already disruptors in many ways.”

She closed with: “My wish is that you will be disruptors when necessary, and that you enjoy every moment of it.”

Michael Savages comment:

“Now you know who was behind what happened at Berkeley last night.”

The talk by Yiannopoulos was canceled after violent protesters hurled smoke bombs, broke windows and started a bonfire outside the building where he was to appear.

Pelosi Rage: Calls Bannon a ‘White Supremacist’
Democrats continue to employ slanderous, racially charged rhetoric to stoke anti-Trump anger
by Edmund Kozak | Updated 02 Feb 2017 at 7:35 PM

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called Steve Bannon, President Donald Trump’s chief strategist and former editor of Breitbart News, a white supremacist on Thursday.

Pelosi made the slanderous accusation twice during her weekly press briefing. “What’s making America less safe is to have a white supremacist named to the National Security Council as a permanent member,” Pelosi said.

“It’s a stunning thing that a white supremacist, Bannon, would be a permanent member of the National Security Council and dismissing the chairman of the Joint Chiefs and the director … of national intelligence as members,” she continued.

While leftists have long loved to hurl the “white supremacist” and “white nationalist” labels at Bannon and Breitbart, the accusation is utterly false and has been repeatedly debunked.

In November, Breitbart announced it was readying a lawsuit against a major media organization for describing the site as “white nationalist.” At least three major media outlets — the Chicago Tribune, CBS, and the Los Angeles Times — have also had to issue corrections for referring to Breitbart Senior Editor Milo Yiannopoulos as a white nationalist.

Despite clear evidence to the contrary, Pelosi isn’t the first high-profile Democrat to assert that Bannon is a white supremacist. In December, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) also made the accusation. “Donald Trump has doubled down on racism and bigotry. He’s got as his strategic adviser, a person who is a white supremacist,” Warren told CNN’s Anderson Cooper.

But even Cooper, not exactly a paragon of unbiased, bipartisan virtue, felt it necessary to correct her. "Wait a minute. There's no evidence he's a white supremacist," he said.

Pelosi should know better than to use such dangerous and misleading rhetoric. Fomenting public hysteria about imaginary white supremacist bogeymen lurking in the White House will inevitably lead only to further division, if not violence — including the sort that occurred in her home region Wednesday night in reaction to a scheduled speech from Yiannopoulos.

Dear Friends,

Below you will read some highlights from my week in Washington.

Abolish the EPA

Today, I introduced legislation that will abolish the Environmental Protection Agency. This legislation is necessary because it is the states and local communities that are best positioned to responsibly regulate the environmental assets within their jurisdictions. The American people are drowning in rules and regulations promulgated by unelected bureaucrats; and the Environmental Protection Agency has become an extraordinary offender. Our small businesses cannot afford to cover the costs associated with compliance, too often leading to closed doors and unemployed Americans.

This legislation abolishes the EPA effective December 31, 2018, to allow our state and local government partners to implement responsible policies in the interim.

Second Amendment Protections

In the final weeks of the Obama presidency, the Social Security Administration (SSA) published a rule to send the names of certain Disability Insurance beneficiaries and Supplemental Security Income recipients with mental impairments to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

Previously, only individuals who were engaging in criminal activity were sent to NICS.

Under this rule, the names of individuals awarded disability benefits because of mental impairment will be highlighted for NCIS if an SSA employee determines that they need a representative payee- which is, essentially, a person to help them with their finances.

The federal government has no place in taking the constitutional rights of law abiding citizens. Having a disability and needing a representative payee do not make someone a threat to society. That is why this week, we passed a joint resolution to provide congressional disapproval of this SSA rule. When the President signs this legislation into law, the rule cannot remain in effect. Additionally, the agency may not reissue that rule or any substantially similar rule.

Tax Reform

Since the day I was sworn in, I have received several calls regarding tax reform, the IRS, and our complicated, overrated tax system. I agree that our current tax system is convoluted and as such, I have become a cosponsor of H.R. 25, the FairTax Act of 2017.

Under this tax reform bill, all federal income, employment, estate, and gift taxes would be replaced by a flat national sales tax on all goods and services for personal consumption; the IRS would be eliminated; and necessities would not be taxed at all.

Nuffin, you say: “Air Quality in the US is better THANKS to the EPA... If not for the EPA we would have REALLY serious environmental issues today... It is far from PERFECT....but it does more good than harm...”.

More good than harm? Nuffin, you have got to be kidding me. Not long ago, the EPA caused a massive spill of mining water in Colorado. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said that one of their cleanup teams was working with heavy equipment to secure an entrance to the Gold King Mine. Workers instead released an estimated one million gallons of mine waste into Cement Creek, which flows into the Animas River. This was a huge pollution tragedy, and it was deliberate (and this is not the first time a massive pollution disaster caused by the EPA itself). See the link:
http://www.newsweek.com/epa-causes-massive-colorado-spill-1-million-gallons-mining-waste-turns-river-361019

And concerning the air pollution, Clarity has already addressed that with her posts, sowing that the EPA is now poisoning the American people with its chem trails.

The industrial wastes that the EPA was supposed to protect us from? Well, guess what, instead of safely disposing of it, they started disposing of it by spraying these toxic industrial wastes on America’s prime cropland as a way of cutting down on America’s farm production. They started doing this experimentally in small crop dusting planes, and now they are doing it to the whole nation with high flying military jets spraying it in chem trails. Researchers have annualized the falling spray and found it to contain the same substances found in industrial wastes. More recently, they had found human blood in it that has been seeded with viruses and other disease organisms.

I could go on an on, but you get the point. The EPA, which they claimed would protect Americas are now being used to wage war on America. God save us from the EPA and the FDA and other such government organizations.

And concerning Obama outlawing guns for many Social Security recipients, congress is now moving to undo that.

Louie

I could go on an on, but you get the point. The EPA, which they claimed would protect Americas are now being used to wage war on America. God save us from the EPA and the FDA and other such government organizations.

And concerning Obama outlawing guns for many Social Security recipients, congress is now moving to undo that.

Louie

Soon as one of your fantasies proves to be even remotely true I will pay it some mind...

EPA created under Nixon and enforces laws written by Congress...

Had something NOT been done in the early 1970's we would have destroyed the environment...

It is a primary reason we had LEAD removed from Gasoline...

They were investigating the Mine in Colorado which had been leaking toxins for years and YES they caused a large amount of built up toxins to spill while using heavy equipment...

As stated they are not perfect...

But do not lose site the toxins were already leaking when they went to investigate...

The EPA did not create the initial mess...not following EPA regulations is what created the toxic mess that got released into a creek during the investigation...

But yes the EPA investigators are the ones who allowed the excess to flow into the creek on accident...

For the record I agree the EPA has gone too far in certain industries...and likely not far enough in other industries...

But there needs to be federal oversight over what and how corporations are dealing with toxic waste...

The idea the EPA should not exist is moronic...

Corporations will poison whatever to raise profit one cent per...and cut any corner they can to reduce cost creating greater risk of accidents...

Any way you slice it...Some one from some where needs to be keeping oversight over such issues...

Following the violent anti-free-speech protests in Berkeley, California last night - sparked by cal's special snowflakes hurt feelings at the potential words that would come out of Milo Yiannopoulos' mouth during a sold-out event - it appears America's curiousity has been piqued.

Sales of Milo's book have increased 12,740% overnight sending it rocketing from 642nd to 5th ranked best-seller on Amazon. Pretty impressive considering the book is not even released until March 14th 2017.

Source: Amazon.com

So despite all the best efforts of the liberal intelligentsia to shut down his 'free-speech' last night - hurting the feelings of 600 conservatives who were looking forward to the event - we suspect a lot more than 600 Americans are now about to get a crash course in how Milo thinks.

Can you tell me what Milo says that proves he's a racist?

It proves that the riots to shut him down, just gave him tons of publicity, money and helped him to be heard by a wider audience, than would have heard him on campus.

STATE LAWMAKER PROPOSES RACE-BASED JUDICIAL SELECTIONS
If judge now is 'person of color,' replacement must be 'person of color'
Published: 13 hours ago
BOB UNRUH

A bill submitted to the Rhode Island legislature by Rep. Anastasia P. Williams, a Democrat, would impose a race qualification on future judicial nominations in the state.

It’s already drawing reaction from experts who believe it won’t be allowed.

UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh quoted from Williams’ plan.

Williams proposes that whenever a trial judge “who is a person of color leaves the bench, for whatever reason, their replacement must be a person of color, so as not to diminish the number of judges of color in that court.”

Volokh said that such a “rigid racial allotment would be a pretty clear violation of the Equal Protection Clause, I think, even given the narrow forms of race-based preferences that the Supreme Court has allowed; and I think it would violate the even more explicit provision in the Rhode Island Constitution.”

The state’s constitution, after all, states, “No otherwise qualified person shall, solely by reason of race, gender or handicap be subject to discrimination by the state, its agents or any person or entity doing business with the state.”

The Gavel to Gavel blog noted it was part of a series of bills regarding race.

The first would require the state’s judicial selection commission to “actively and aggressively solicit members of color to apply for judicial appointments.”

The second provides that any trial court seat filled by a “person of color” must continue to be held by a “person of color.”

The third would require that there be at least three “persons of color” on the Judicial Nominating Commission.

The plan is upfront with its racial demands.

In Section 1, it states, “Notwithstanding any provisions of this chapter to the contrary, whenever a judge from the superior court, family court, district court, traffic tribunal, workers’ compensation court or municipal court who is a person of color leaves the bench, for whatever reason, their replacement must be a person of color, so as not to diminish the number of judges of color in that court.”

Section 2 simply states the act would take effect immediately upon its adoption.

In “Scam: How the Black Leadership Exploits Black America,” Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson – a true black leader whom many affectionately call “the other Jesse” – shows how the civil rights establishment has made a lucrative career out of keeping racial strife alive in America.

Here’s A List Of All The Muslim Countries That Ban Jews

BY: MICHAEL QAZVINI FEBRUARY 1, 2017

Fake news infected the body politic this week as liberals lost their minds over President Trump’s falsely-labeled “Muslim ban,” which bars refugees from seven high-risk Muslim majority countries (previously identified by President Obama’s own Department of Homeland Security) for a period of 90 days. The so-called temporary “ban,” issued via presidential executive order, was designed to assess the national security treat posed by ISIS militants infiltrating refugee populations. To be clear, Trump’s executive order doesn’t even scratch the surface of banning all Muslims. That’s a fiction peddled by social justice warriors intent on exploiting the public’s fears about fascism to galvanize support for their pet causes and “non-profits.”

Eager to make strange bedfellows with naïve and uber-tolerant progressives, Muslim community leaders and Islamic “advocacy” organizations, including Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated CAIR, have all but turned victimhood into an art form.

But all the sorrowful sentries of identity politics fail to mention the fact that the Muslims actually dominate huge swaths of land across the globe. Far from being victims, Islamic states, still feeding off the spoils of colonial conquests during the golden age of the caliphate, are notoriously hostile to religious minorities, particularly Jews.

Persecuted, raped, and killed, Jews have been purged from Islamic lands for centuries, thanks to the imperial aspirations of imams, mullahs, warlords, and sultans.

To this day, Israeli Jews are forbidden from entering 16 Muslim countries. Six of the seven states on Trump’s “ban” currently bar Israeli Jews. We’re still waiting on protests condemning the institutionalized and permanent Jewish ban across the Islamic world.

Here a list of all the Muslim countries that ban Israeli Jews:

Syria
Iran
Iraq
Yemen
Libya
Algeria
Bangladesh
Brunei
Kuwait
Lebanon
Malaysia
Oman
Pakistan
Sudan
Saudi Arabia
United Arab Emirates

The hypocrisy of anti-Trump protesters was recently highlighted by Tory members of UK parliament who finally put the spotlight on the rampant anti-Semitism of the Muslim world.

“In the light of the fact that most of the countries covered by the Trump ban have a total exclusion on the admission of Israeli citizens, shouldn’t the protestors also be calling for that ban to be lifted?” asked former Northern Ireland Secretary Theresa Villier at a Q&A session with Prime Minister Theresa May Wednesday.

Do any of these countries ban, or even discourage, discrimination based on religion?

Being a Jew means you follow Judaism. If you do not subscribe to the belief you're a non-jew, so yes they do discriminate based on religion.
