altje Kernersville, NC 77, joined Jun. 2008	I usually use the leftovers from a South American Pot Roast recipe, but don't have that, so I'm using lean ground beef, browned and seasoned with garlic, Worchestershire sauce, salt and lemon pepper. For veggies I use lots of celery, onion, potatoes, carrots, corn, green beans, baby lima beans or any cooked beans I have on hand plus several cans of diced tomatoes. To be honest, I never make it the same way twice as what I put in it depends on what leftovers I have in the refrigerator! No matter what I put in it, it has always turned out delicious!

It is mighty tasty on a cold day and several days after.
