CHILLING new scandal hits Democrats; media SILENT

I know, I know, it’s the Russians! They’re hacking our election and influencing our current presidential administration. Folks, that’s been the standard line from the progressive socialist left for quite sometime.
It’s been a game of the ol’ Kansas City Shuffle —ya know, you look left, they go right. It’s amazing how the liberal progressive media just doesn’t seem to want to confront the Democrat Party about flaws, failures, shortcomings, and scandals. And then folks wonder why they’re losing credibility?
Monday evening here on the MRC cruise aboard the Celebrity Silhouette, some fella saw the lanyard and MRC badge around my neck. He asked me what the Media Research Center was and I explained it was a conservative media group. His response was “so you’re the group that believes everyone is lying to you?” I just looked over my shoulder and said, “no, we’re the folks who can think for ourselves.”
I wonder what that cheeky little fella would say about this continuing story, about which you’ve heard little in the mainstream liberal media. We shared this story originally a few weeks ago, but it just got even more disturbing.
As reported by the Daily Caller, “Rogue congressional staffers took $100,000 from an Iraqi politician while they had administrator-level access to the House of Representatives’ computer network, according to court documents examined by The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group.
The money was a loan from a Dr. Ali al-Attar, an Iraqi political figure, and was funneled through a company with “impossible”-to-decipher financial transactions that the congressional information technology (IT) staffers controlled.
Imran Awan, ringleader of the group that includes his brothers Abid and Jamal, has provided IT services since 2005 for Florida Democrat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairwoman.
The brothers are from Pakistan. The trio also worked for dozens of other House Democrats, including members of the intelligence, foreign affairs and homeland security committees. Those positions likely gave them access to congressional emails and other sensitive documents.
The brothers, whose access to House IT networks has been terminated, are under criminal investigation by the U.S. Capitol Police. Wasserman Schultz resigned from her DNC post following a disastrous email hack during the 2016 campaign. Her House spokesman did not respond to TheDCNF’s question Monday about Imran’s employment status.
As of Feb. 6, she had declined to fire Imran. Investigators found that congressional information was being copied to an off-site server and they suspect the brothers of improperly accessing information and stealing congressional property. Chiefs of staff for the employing Democrats were notified Feb. 2.
Soon after Imran began working for members of Congress, Imran’s and Abid’s wives — Hina Alvi and Natalia Sova — also began receiving congressional paychecks, TheDCNF found. Imran’s employers included two members of the intelligence committee, Indiana Democrat Rep. Andre Carson and California Democrat Rep. Jackie Speier. By 2009, the family was simultaneously managing a full-time car dealership in Virginia, with Abid running day-to-day operations after contributing $250,000 in startup cash. It was called Cars International A, LLC, referred to as “CIA” in court documents.
Imran boasted unusual clout among House Democrats, and was even pictured conversing with former President Bill Clinton. After Rao Abbas, who was owed money by the dealership, threatened to sue amidst allegations of deception and theft, Abbas appeared on the congressional payroll and received $250,000 in taxpayer payments.”
Now, I’m onboard a cruise ship, but we still get the news, and I haven’t seen any of this covered on CNN, NBC or MSNBC. I saw a lot of coverage about the “not my president” protest or the protests in London to refuse our president the invitation to an official state visit. This is what the American people see, and it angers them — the blatant duplicitous hypocrisy. Comparing the November election to 9-11 or Pearl Harbor is insidious and far over the top, but that’s NEWS on the liberal progressive left.
Ok, let’s just imagine this, if we had three Russian brothers who were IT specialists working for Republican Members of Congress…yep, you get my drift. The story would be all over the place and there would be demands for these Members of Congress to step down, certainly be investigated.
But have you heard anything about this story, this revelation? As Ricky Bobby would say, “this just happened” but not in the world of the left. You see, the leftist media dismisses that which does not serve their ideological agenda and talking points. There is no way they’re going to bring this to light, just like there’s no such thing as an IRS scandal, and nothing happened in Benghazi. Or what is Extortion 17? Who is Army 1LT Clint Lorance? This isn’t so much about “fake news,” it’s about “selected news” and that is always about what the left deems important.
On this cruise, we have the head of ACT for America, Brigitte Gabriel, who is currently fighting against a smear campaign by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). As well, when did you hear the liberal progressive media discuss the background of the organizer of the Million Women’s March the day after the president’s inauguration day, Linda Sarsour. It was Ms. Sarsour who made some very disturbing comments about what she wished would happen to Brigitte Gabriel, which we shared here. However, were there any reports by the leftist media about Ms. Sarsour and her background? Nah, crickets.

Trump Destroys Obama’s “Catch & Release” Policy, Hires 15,000 Border Agents To “Make It Happen”

President Donald Trump has made an emphatic claim on illegal immigration ever since he had announced his presidency. Throughout the days leading up to the election, and including the first month as president, Trump put a focus on combating the immigration problem, proposing different ways to keep the nation safe, including his wall idea.
Trump has also proposed several ways of driving illegals out of the country. Before he left the Oval Office, President Barack Obama didn’t do much to combat illegal immigration. In fact, his policies encouraged it more than anything else, including disabling a border patrol system.
That has changed effectively as the Department of Homeland Security is going through Obama’s border policies and shredding them one by one. In addition, they are going to hire over 15,000 new enforcement and border officers, helping the border patrol combat the immigration program further. It’s a stark, albeit encouraging, difference in how the two presidents have handled immigration.
The Department of Homeland Security started off by releasing two new policy memos, of which detail the new changes. The first memo stated that they are destroying President Obama’s catch-and-release border policies, while the second said they were going to hire the new enforcement officers.
DHS chief General John Kelly signed these reforms last Friday. The memos say to use an expedited repatriation process for illegals that have been in the country for two years or less, to return those Mexicans that crossed the border home while their appeals are adjudicated. They also prosecute illegal immigrants who hire smugglers to get their children in the country.
Meanwhile, Obama had his officials use the process for illegals who arrived in the country two weeks prior. At the same time, he used a catch-and-release strategy, like he was fishing in a lake that didn’t allow you to catch fish, while border officials were considering the appeals for asylum.
Also under Obama, border officials were forced to team up with the people-smugglers. They delivered the cargo, which were children, from the borders to their illegal parents residing throughout the country.
While Kelly signed the memos, the White House does have the final say and can be changed if needed. These memos also don’t touch the “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” (DACA) program.
Unsurprisingly, immigration lawyers attacked the memos immediately. They claim that their clients will be sent home without the right to appeal their return to the United States in United States courts, despite the fact that illegal immigrants are not legal citizens and shouldn’t have that right in the first place.
The first memo, entitled “Enforcement of the Immigration Laws to Serve the National Interest,” is roughly six pages in length. It says that “personnel shall faithfully executive the immigration laws of the United States against all removable aliens.”
In other words, if you’re illegal, you’re going to get deported. Again, as expected, people were against this, despite the fact that these memos are set to enforce the law. The memo also removes the privacy protections on illegal aliens. It’s a reversal of a 2009 policy by Obama, which protected illegals information from being shared with other agencies.

The second memo focuses on immigration enforcement away from the border. It’s 13 pages long and entitled, “Implementing the President’s Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements Policies.”
Ultimately it wants to block large-scale migration of people from Central America into the country, something Obama approved back in 2011. It’s been a massive expense on taxpayers and on children, who have to deal with crowded classrooms and children that don’t speak English or Spanish.
The second memo also does a variety of other actions, as it directs immigration officers to use a “section 235(b)” to detain illegals for up to three months while officials determine if they are to be repatriated. It also directs officials to adopt a skeptical attitude for claims of “credible fear.”
The memo also restarts the 287(g) program. It “led to the identification of more than 402,000 removable aliens, primarily through encounters at local jails.” It also starts the wall building process. It also shuts down a back-door amnesty program run by the Obama administration. It allowed many illegals to enter the country legally through parole.
President Donald Trump has already seen progress in the removing of illegal immigrants from the country. A raid from across the country saw 680 illegals captured. Among those that were captured, about 75 percent of them had dangerous criminal rap sheets, like homicide and sexual crimes. It’s a start to removing the bad people from the nation that shouldn’t be here to start with.

This line in your story caught my eye. "Unsurprisingly, immigration lawyers attacked the memos immediately. They claim that their clients will be sent home without the right to appeal their return to the United States in United States courts, despite the fact that illegal immigrants are not legal citizens and shouldn’t have that right in the first place.

In their first statement on the matter, family members of Tim Cruz, 32, say they believe the system “let them down.”
Cruz was a “unique, big-hearted” man, according to a statement provided to 9Wants to Know.
“His life was cut short by a senseless act,” his family added. “To say we are upset is an understatement.”

Cruz was shot and killed at the RTD light rail station at 12th and Sheridan early in the morning of Feb. 7.
Friday, Denver prosecutors charged Ever Valles, 19, with the felony murder of Cruz. Valles, a suspected citizen of Mexico, was awaiting trial on an earlier car theft case at the time of the light rail shooting.
As 9Wants to Know was first to report, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials had flagged Valles for possible deportation back in October shortly he was booked into the downtown jail on that car theft case.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer on Valles at the time in an effort to get the Denver Sheriff’s Department to notify ICE the moment Valles became eligible to leave the jail.
On Dec. 20, 2016, the sheriff’s department notified ICE via fax at 11:33 p.m. of the fact that Valles was about to walk out of the jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
Twenty-six minutes later, Valles left the jail. ICE officials were not able to pick him up.
Less than 2 months later, Denver prosecutors believe Valles and Nathan Valdez, 19, went to the RTD light rail station looking to rob someone.
Court documents show investigators believe Valles searched Cruz’s coat shortly before Valdez shot Cruz.
Valles was also shot. Police believe Valdez, an American citizen, shot Valles near his left hip after Valles asked Valdez not to shoot.
Valles’ wound was not life-threatening. Because prosecutors believe he was taking part in the robbery, a felony, at the time of Cruz’s death, they have charged him with felony murder. The crime carries the same weight and punishment under Colorado law as first-degree murder.
Both Valles and Valdez are due in court Tuesday afternoon.
A family member who did not want to be publicly identified told 9Wants to Know the family is devastated.
“Our family is in great pain over the loss of [Tim]. His life was cut short by a senseless act that may have or could have been prevented,” read the statement.
“Tim will never be forgotten. He is the world to us, and we are going to miss him,” it continued.
The story promises to bring more attention to the relationship between ICE and the Denver Sheriff’s Department.
ICE, in a statement, said its October detainer request on Valles “wasn’t honored” by the sheriff’s department.
ICE said it considered Valles “a known gang member” and an “immigration enforcement priority” at the time of his release.
A spokesperson for the Denver Sheriff’s Department told 9Wants to Know this on Friday shortly after news of the story broke:
“The Denver Sheriff Department balances the rights of persons in our custody with requests from other jurisdictions. But we are part of the criminal justice system and do not hold people on civil matters. In the case of Ever Valles, ICE was notified by fax that Mr. Valles was being released prior to his release. Denver has never and will never advocate for felons to remain on our streets - immigrants or not. However, we work to protect residents who are playing by the rules, working hard every day, providing for their families.”

Poll: Americans overwhelmingly oppose sanctuary cities

An overwhelming majority of Americans believe that cities that arrest illegal immigrants for crimes should be required to turn them over to federal authorities.
The poll shows that President Trump has broad public support in his effort to crack down on sanctuary cities.
A survey from Harvard–Harris Poll provided exclusively to The Hill found that 80 percent of voters say local authorities should have to comply with the law by reporting to federal agents the illegal immigrants they come into contact with.
As it stands, hundreds of cities across the nation — many with Democratic mayors or city councils — are refusing to do so.
Trump has signed an executive order directing Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly to find ways to starve these sanctuary cities of federal funding. A Reuters analysis found the top 10 sanctuary cities in the U.S. receive $2.27 billion in federal funding for programs ranging from public health services to early childhood education.
Kelly is expected to hire thousands of new immigration enforcement agents with broad authority to detain and deport those in the country illegally, potentially setting up a showdown between the federal government and sanctuary cities.
The Harvard–Harris Poll survey found strong support for an overhaul of the nation's immigration laws, with 77 percent saying they support comprehensive immigration reform against only 23 percent who oppose.
“While there is broad support for comprehensive immigration reform, there is overwhelming opposition to sanctuary cities,” said Harvard–Harris co-director Mark Penn. “The public wants honest immigrants treated fairly and those who commit crimes deported and that's very clear from the data.”
The finding is one of several in the survey that show Trump has support for some of the controversial immigration proposals that were a hallmark of his campaign.
A majority — 52 percent — say they support Trump’s two executive orders allowing for the construction of a southern border wall, increasing the number of immigration officers by 10,000 and finding a way to revoke federal funds for sanctuary cities.
The crackdown on sanctuary cities is the most popular feature of those actions, followed closely by the directive to increase the border patrol, which is backed by 75 percent of voters.
The wall is the most divisive element of Trump’s plan, with 53 percent opposing its construction.
Meanwhile, 53 percent of voters surveyed said they back Trump’s travel ban, which was rejected by the courts. That order temporarily suspended the United States' refugee program for 120 days, indefinitely suspended resettlement for Syrian refugees and imposed a 90-day travel and immigration ban from seven predominately Muslim nations: Iran, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya and Somalia.
Kelly has said the administration will roll out a “tighter, more streamlined version” of the executive order some time soon.
Trump's new order is expected to target the same seven countries but will not include people who already have a visa to travel to the U.S. It will also exempt green card holders who are dual citizens of the U.S. and one of the countries in question.
Fifty-six percent say they support the specific aspect of Trump’s order that pauses immigration from the seven countries on the terrorism watch list until a new vetting system is in place.
Support for that policy goes up to 60 percent when the seven nations are described as “Muslim majority countries.”
Voters are worried that the federal judge’s suspension of Trump’s order — a ruling that was upheld this month at an appeals court in San Francisco — could put the nation at risk.
A plurality — 38 percent — say the federal judge’s suspension makes the nation less safe. Thirty-six percent said the court’s ruling will have no impact, and 26 percent said it will make the country safer.
The survey also found there are deep concerns among Americans over refugees fleeing their homelands for safety in the U.S.
Forty-seven percent said allowing refugees into the country has a negative impact on the nation, compared to only 33 percent who said it has a positive effect.
When voters are told that the U.S. is slated to receive 100,000 Syrian refugees, 51 percent said that number should be lower, 34 percent said it is an appropriate number, and 15 percent said the U.S. should allow more.
“Americans support both comprehensive immigration reform and stronger vetting and reduced refugees — they want a mix of compassion, strong borders,” said Penn. “They see ISIS as the greatest threat to the country and that is spurring concerns about refugee migration.”
The online survey of 2,148 registered voters was conducted between Feb. 11 and 13. The partisan breakdown is 39 percent Democrat, 30 percent Republican, 27 percent independent and 5 percent other. The Harvard–Harris Poll survey is a collaboration of the Harvard Center for American Political Studies and The Harris Poll.

Parents Question Teaching of Islam at Middle School

Islamic Instruction for NJ Schools
Parents in New Jersey were outraged after learning that their children are being instructed on Islam as part of the New Jersey curriculum and core standards, while other world religions are ignored.
Interviewed on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Libby Hilsenrath and Nancy Gayer said that they voiced concerns about the Islam instruction at Chatham Middle School at a school board meeting, but their request to meet privately with the superintendent was denied.
Hilsenrath said that students in her child’s World Cultures and Geography class were shown cartoon videos about the Islamic faith. They were then instructed to describe the five pillars of Islam and taught the mantras, “No God but Allah” and “Mohammed is the messenger.”
“I think it crosses the line, one religion and not others,” Hilsenrath said, and she questioned whether it would be appropriate to similarly recite that Jesus Christ is “the way, the truth and the light” and that “no one comes to God but through me.”

According to Hilsenrath, she and Gayer were labeled bigots and xenophobes after speaking out at the school board meeting. Hilsenrath said that comparisons were drawn between her position and that of the Ku Klux Klan.
Gayer noted that the school had previously stirred controversy over religion when her son included a short Bible quotation in a slideshow and was not allowed to present the assignment to his class. The teacher pulled him aside and told him that such a reference “belongs in Sunday School.”
When Hilsenrath asked to meet with the superintendent, he told her that the curriculum committee would investigate the matter.

30 Illegal Immigrants Who Were Fired For Skipping Work To Protest Trump Just Got SICK Revenge On Their Employer

Last Thursday, thousands of people took the day off to participate in “Day Without Immigrants” protest. The purpose was to protest Donald Trump’s immigration policies by throwing a massive public temper tantrum. In their entitled minds, they believed that they could take the take off and they would face no repercussions. However, when many employees went back to work the next day they found learned the hard way how business works. Now 30 employees that were fired for failing to show up for work are seeking revenge on their former employer.
The owner of a masonry business in Colorado is speaking out about his decision to fire 30 employees. After the employees did not show up for work on the day of the protest Jim Serowski, the owner of JVS Masonry, felt he had no choice but to terminate them.
Serowski told his employees the day before the planned protest that if they did not attend work there would be consequences. Serowski said he told his employees, “If you’re going to stand up for what you believe in you have to be willing to pay the price.”
Instead of these employees taking responsibility for their actions they rather call Serowski a racist. All over social media people began to call this business owner a racist for upholding his company’s policy.

Serowski responded to the backlash with a video on social media, stating, “I have the utmost respect for each and every one of the guys in the field … I am not a racist.”
He added, “The bottom line is, (the workers who didn’t show up) shut two of my jobs down,”
I really have come to expect this sort of response from the left now. These people did not show up to work and cost the business money, and still, expect to have a job. This is the problem with liberalism in a nutshell. For the past 8 years, they have been told taught there are no consequences for bad behavior. So, when they are slapped with a cold dose of reality they will yell racism to get their way.
It almost reminds me of when a child wants something and if they don’t get their way they throw a temper tantrum. That is what we are seeing her on a grander scale. The best way to combat this behavior is to ignore it and give kudos when it’s deserved.

The site even goes as far as to satirically convict people of crimes, such as this insistence that Dr. Luke actually raped Kesha.
That article reads, “the powerful Svengali producer acknowledges repeatedly raping the “Timber” singer while she was in various states of consciousness, then lying about the abuse he subjected her to in order to save his career.”
“Truth be told, between her youth, vulnerability, and inability to stand up to me, Kesha was just too rapeable,” reads an imaginary Dr. Luke quote.

On the heels of the controversy stemming from former Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos’s comments condoning sexual relationships between adults and teenagers, audio has surfaced of liberal actor George Takei seemingly doing the same thing.
Takei, best known for his role as Hikaru Sulu in the original “Star Trek” TV series and movies, joined radio host Howard Stern in 2006 for an interview and, unsurprisingly, the conversation turned sexual in nature. Takei began cheerfully talking to Stern and co-host Robin Quivers about an experience he had in summer camp with a male camp counselor when he was only a 13-year-old boy. The counselor, he said, was 18 or 19 years old.
“I was very young,” Takei said. “He was about 18 or 19, and he was experienced.”
Frequently laughing during his casual recollection, Takei went on to describe the encounter, telling Stern that the camp counselor initiated the interaction when the other boys were gone from the cabin participating in summer camp activities. Quivers chimed in with an acknowledgement of the age difference, adding, “Doing little boy things.”
Stern asked Takei at one point, “And he sat down and he touched you. … Were you molested in a sense, because you were 13?”
Takei told him he wasn’t molested, simply because he enjoyed the experience. “No, no. Cause I was kind of, you know — well, I thought he was pretty attractive,” he said.
After going into sexually explicit detail about the encounter, Takei told them, “It was both wonderful and scary and kind of intimidating, and delightful. I mean, all those opposites.”

ISIS Declares To Muslims In New Video To ‘Hunt Down, Terrorize, And Slaughter All The Christians Of Egypt’

In a recent story coming out of Egypt, ISIS has encouraged Muslims in a new video to commit genocide against the Christians, vowing to terrorize, hunt down, and destroy every last one of them:

Around 10% of Egypt’s population identify as Christians and most adhere to the Coptic Orthodox branch of Christianity. The minority is frequently targeted by terror attacks from either ISIS or the Muslim Brotherhood.
Generally, the Copts tend to support the Egyptian Army which has yet to halt the continuous Islamic State raids that plague the Sinai desert. (source)
Several days ago I wrote how in spite of the intentions to want Christians to stay in the Middle East and rebuild their areas, this was simply a pipe dream not based in reality. Christianity in the Middle East has become under intense threat as of late, and even the Christians themselves recognize that their future is at best questionable given the rise in Islamic orthodoxy combines with the improved methods of learning, communication, and more efficient weapons to deal out the same horrific deaths quicker and over larger numbers of people. Whether it is a the hands of a group like ISIS or outright persecution from a central government such as Turkey, the writing is on the wall just like it was for the Christians of Turkey during the Hamidian massacres of 1895 in the years before the great genocide of 1917- Christians in the Middle East are a hated, hunted people who are biding their time until their extermination.
Right now, we have a choice- either help the Christians of the Middle East as we can to escape to a safe location, or hope they can rebuild their current societies while most likely subjecting them to a fate of torture and death and then wondering what could have been done to stop it.

Trudeau Makes Announcement On U.S. Refugees Heading North

According to Canada’s leader, the country will gladly accept all those refugees fleeing the United States who are in fear of deportation.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday: “One of the reasons why Canada remains an open country is Canadians trust our immigration system and the integrity of our borders and the help we provide people who are looking for safety.”
Prime Minister Trudeau also promised to ensure the safety of his own people.
As reported in Reuters, Trudeau stated: “We will continue to strike that balance between a rigorous system and accepting people who need help.”
Since President Trump took office, the number of refugees racing for the Canadian border has doubled; the prime minister’s decision to accept them will be a costly one for the nation.
On Tuesday, the Canadian government said it would accept 400 refugees from Yazidi, and it plans to take in another 800 at an estimated cost to Canada of 28 million dollars.
Canada has seen an increase of refugees showing up at its borders, rising from 137 in January of 2016 to 452 last month, since the Trump administration has begun revamping the U.S. immigration policies.

Rather than being open minded to other cultures, Muslims always demand everyone else conform to their 6th century barbaric religion. We see this not only here in America, but in other countries too, where any woman visiting the Middle East will be expected to don a hijab in order to not offend these archaic people. But when reigning U.S. chess champion Nazi Paikidze was told by the Iranian government that she had to wear a hijab in order to compete in the world competition hosted by their country this year, she had a few words to say on the matter that will leave you proud as hell to be an American.
While the world championship for chess being held in Iran is insane enough, FIDE, the international organization that oversees the event, backed Iran on their “morality laws” that gave Paikidze very little in her way of options. She could either conform and wear the Muslim garb and compete, or give the opportunity to defend her world title. But for the all-American girl, the choice for her was easy. Here’s what she told Marie Clare magazine:
“By participating, I would be forced to submit to forms of oppression designed specifically for women. It sets the wrong example, particularly for young girls interested in chess.” Paikidze posted further on Instagram about her decision.
“This is a post for those who don’t understand why I am boycotting FIDE’s decision. I think it’s unacceptable to host a WOMEN’S World Championship in a place where women do not have basic fundamental rights and are treated as second-class citizens. For those saying that I don’t know anything about Iran: I have received the most support and gratitude from the people of Iran, who are facing this situation every day.”
FINALLY someone outside of politics GETS IT! Hell yeah girl! Paikidze not only took a huge stand for women’s rights as she refused to bow to Islam and be subjugated to a religion that treats women like second class citizens, but she also took a huge stand for America as well, sending a clear message that we as Americans WILL NEVER give up our freedoms to appease anyone. Majority Oppose Anti-Trump, Pro-Illegal Alien Protests

Violent protests against President Donald Trump and an America-First agenda appear to be backfiring: A new poll shows a majority of voters strongly disapprove of the Left’s attempts to stall Trump’s appointments and of liberals defending criminal illegal aliens.
McLaughlin & Associates, which polled for Trump’s presidential campaign, found Trump’s approval rating has improved as the public’s mood on protesters has soured. A majority, or 51 percent, want Trump to move away from Obama’s policies, and 41 percent now think that the country is on the right track. Nearly half, or 48 percent, think it’s still on the wrong track, compared to 55 percent on Feb. 6 and 62 percent in January—which is a net increase of plus 27 percent, pollsters note.
George Soros-linked protests seemed to anger voters. Asked if they support “billionaire George Soros financing left-wing organizations to pay people to protest against President Trump, and the left often using violent demonstrations on college campuses and in cities to stop pro-Trump, conservatives from speaking in public,” 70 percent of all voters disapproved, including 54 percent who strongly disapproved. A majority of liberals, or 51 percent, disapproved, along with 76 percent of independents. “It’s very clear that the paid protests, and certainly violent protests of the left are backfiring,” pollsters argued.
Rallying on behalf of violent, foreign-born criminals is also deeply unpopular with voters. Asked what they thought of “protests by the left and Democrats to stop the deportation of illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes in the United States to allow them to remain free in the United States,” 62 percent disapprove, including 64 percent of independents, 55 percent of Hispanics, and 44 percent of Democrats.
Asked if they support “Democratic Senators using Senate rules to delay or block President Trump’s cabinet nominations to undermine his presidency including liberal Senators filibustering to stop President Trump’s appointment of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court”, half, or 50 percent of all voters disapproved. Another 41 percent approved. This is roughly consistent with other polls’ findings: Rasmussen Reports found 62 percent believed Trump’s Supreme Court and Cabinet appointees “deserve a yes-or-no vote from the Senate.”
“The Left’s tactics and protests are backfiring. The substance of the president’s messages and policies has the support of the majority of American voters,” Republican strategist John McLaughlin told Breitbart News. “The president’s push for change through better security and economic growth is moving his job approval and popular ratings up.”
“There is renewed hope in America and the majority of voters are supporting our president, while the Left shows how out of touch and failed their policies are,” he added.
The poll, commissioned by Secure America Now, surveyed 1,000 likely voters from Feb. 15 to Feb. 20, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.

UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. (KMOX) – Hundreds of volunteers joined Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens and surprise guest Vice President Mike Pence at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery this afternoon to help clean up the recently vandalized Jewish cemetery.
KMOX’s Brett Blume reports volunteers arrived Wednesday with rakes, trash cans, brooms and buckets – and endured a security check – joining together to help beautify the cemetery that suffered severe damage earlier this week after vandals knocked over nearly 200 gravestones.
Greitens had announced the clean-up effort on his Facebook page Tuesday afternoon, the day after the headstones were found damaged.
Authorities in Missouri are investigating the incident at the Jewish cemetery in University City, about eight miles northwest of downtown St. Louis.
An unannounced visitor stopped by the clean-up effort – Vice President Pence was in the St. Louis area for a scheduled visit with workers at a construction equipment company in Fenton.

After arriving at the cemetery, Pence and Greitens got into the flatbed of a pickup truck and gave remarks using a bullhorn.
Greitens spoke first, saying President Donald Trump called him today and thanked him for standing up and fighting anti-Semitism in Missouri.
Pence followed, saying there is no place in America for anti-Semitism and hatred.
They waded their way through the crowd, and one man was offered the Vice President a red yarmulke off his own head saying, “This is the way the president can bring us together.” Pence hugged him.

The goal was to raise $20,000. So far, it has raised more than $90,000 — $80,000 was raised in the first 24 hours.

Pelosi began by thanking the person who introduced her for his “recanting of what happened at the time” Democrats and activist groups rammed through Obamacare.
She recalled telling her fellow Democrats that the Affordable Care Act was going to be a major achievement for government programs, and “stand there with Social Security and Medicare and Medicare,” apparently meaning to say “Medicaid.”
She attempted to butter up the audience by heaping praise on Families USA.
After attendees didn’t clap after she congratulated them for her work, she said, “When I said we could not have done it without Families USA, that is an applause line for you.”
She added, “Applause line!” after she said she looked forward to continuing to work with the activist group.
Pelosi even attempted to convey what she thought was a deep point.
“By the way, do you know who the poorest people in America are? Infants and children. Infants and children,” she said.
While Pelosi attempted to underscore bi-partisan support for Medicaid, she said, “Don’t take it from me. John Kasich, the governor of Illinois said, ‘Thank God for Medicaid.'”
Kasich is governor of Ohio — another flyover state that starts with a vowel in the eyes of a West Coast liberal.
Pelosi flubbed MLK’s name, calling him “Martin Luther Sing.”
Nevertheless, the liberal activists gave the House Minority Leader a standing ovation.
