Yep, I did it and for myself as well as for America. Now hope Jesus is allowed to stay in our country, after all he is from the middle east.

I think DH needs to reboot their servers or clean them up. This site is the only one that is moving slow.

Thought it was just my service today but when I tried to log onto DH, I got the same reaction. Thought it may be following FB's lead in which it was pronouncing us dead. Did you hear about that?

Wondering how much these sites have been paid to tinker with them at this time of year. Makes one thing they need a new computer and it is inching toward Christmas, so "what would I like for Christmas?" My computer went bust, so need a new one. YEP, that works for business sales.

~ Finally broke down and went to the chiropractor yesterday to see if something could be done for the pains that started out in my shoulder area. Anyway, he said I had 3 vertebra out of alignment (upper neck/shoulder) and my hip was also ½ shorter on that same side as well. Got an adjustment and already starting to feel better but it was out for so long I’m going back first of next week to make sure it stays where it needs to and doesn’t try to pull back out of alignment.

~ Feeling positive that this is going to resolve the issues.

Sorry for those who got their first dose of the white stuff this week. BUT???? would you be kind enough to keep it and not send it this way. Temperature dropped last night 30 some degrees, a spit or two of rain, and high gusty winds. All this is going to do is drive the wild fires that are springing up all over the place. Arrested a disgruntled employee of the forest service yesterday for setting at least 5 fires in a habitated area. Said he was angry for loosing his job since he was arrested for growing dope in the national forest area. This is the third time he's been arrested for some off the wall chit. Need to strap him to a fire line and let him beat the ground with a wet burlap bag. Jail and 3 squares a day, plus appointed attorney isn't going to teach him that crime doesn't pay.

Damn post office. I talked to the post mistress. Have to have two mail boxes even though I own and use both addresses. Wouldnt have been a problem if they hadnt used the fire numbers. So told Bob put it up 2-3 feet in front of other one. Just enough to make the new whining mailman have to drive forward with window open.

Joe bought me a new pair of Wellies for Xmas last year. And then whines cause I wear them all the time. Why dont I wear shoes. CAUSE it is a FARM! I am in the river, in the weeds, in the crap, in the hay. And hate shoes full of trash. I guess he never had a shoe come off walking in barnyard swamp.

I googled again.......found a few different makes..no metal...some kinda buttons and all on line.

I have a pair of what I used to call my piggy boots. When I raised them from piglets to the big guys I needed these boots. I thank the stars I saved them as they are made so totally well. I use them now for flood zones LOLOL..They come up to my knee's so I dont think they would be considered golashes!

Never had a pair of muck boots that came high enough. Seems it's always been up to my chin and had to opt for waders. But as they say, when you are up to your a.. in gators, don't forget that you set out to drain the swamp".

Lol. I wear my gummies/wellies all the time. Joe says why dont you wear SHOES! Because I am ready for anything..barn, river, brush...And the other night watched about ticks on the UW public. And she was saying the best way to avoid ticks is...WEARING KNEE HIGH GUMMIES! Seems the rubber turns them off for climbing on. Guess the ticks dont care to bite tires. lol

I don't think we have to worry about ticks for awhile!
Not with 10 inches of snow on the ground (just got another 1 or 1 and a half inches last night).

Gum boots/Wellingtons. I read that ticks can even manage to maneuver in winter and SOME snow. We are never safe from those bass turds.

One would think there is a system of heating the roof so the snot (oops typo), snow will slide off. There may be, but I haven't heard of it. Does the pitch of the roof change for the colder climates? Around the steep mountain areas of this state, here there are heating systems in the concrete for steep drive ways. Just wondering about the roofs where the snow piles so heavy every year.

If I have a grouch this morning it's after reading all the political arguing which has ended with name calling and personal character slams. Has noone the right to an opinion or to vote for whomever they choose without being called names or have the color of their skin bashed.

I don't have a problem with skin color. It's when one has a huge chip on their shoulder combined with an attitude that won't stop, then consider everyone else to be "less than". How do these people get through life without someone knocking them flat on their behind?"

Sad to watch your children get involved with this sort of character. Nothing we can say even if out of love can open their eyes and seems the more we say, the less they listen. Then, we have to watch them hurt after it hits the fan. Sad thing is most don't even get it once it's happened. So with a 15 year sentence, you can breathe a little while and just hope sometime in the next 15 years the sentence isn't lessened by some head of this or that department.

Guess he must be a model prisoner. lol. I can end up in a winter with 2-3 feet of snow piled on roofs. No problem on the old buildlngs and house that were built for it. But, the pergola is flat and not the strongest build. And the temp carport is made up of spaced mobile home trusses, cement wire and tarps. So best to shovel them clear of heavy snows. Next year I am going to shore up the pergola more and put jack post in center so wont have to bother with it. Take posts out in summer if need be. Temp port will always be a mess. lol. That is why I call it temporary. Just prefer if I want to..take it down..not FALL down.

I had the need to ask someone very close to my heart (my son) yesterday if it wasn't time for me to do a drive by on their behalf. Laid up with a broken foot and his father is acting like an azz. May have taken a loooong time for him to see that his Dad is very self centered, but can say he had to realize it on his own, because I did not run his Dad down. As a matter of fact remember telling him sometime around 15 or 16 years of age that the one thing I demanded was that he respect his father and that any reasons for the divorce were between the two of us, not for the child to get in the middle of.

That is like the friend I know of. Her brother and sis in law decided that dad needed to move down to Florida. Namely cause his gal friend kicked him out. So he came down and it was decided that he live in the trailer the friend has on property. But, not good enough so pops bought a new one and they hauled out hers. Like it or not. So now pops lives with her and treats her like a slave. Fetch this and that..do the shopping for food for him and he wont pay her back. She is battling cancer and sick but when she asked pops for money for her meds..he said no. So now she blew up and told him wait on yourself. Surprisingly her jerk brother did come down and stand up for her. Told pops he will have to un-ass his recliner and go do his OWN shopping AND pay for it. Worst is pops is wealthy and the friend is living on SSDI with medical bills up the wahzoo. And she lives on Ensure so never touches the food. But pops holds his money over their heads..when I die. And yet wont help her out now with medical so she doesnt die BEFORE him! Good think I am not down there.

Orz, seems half the population in this area are snow birds and fly off to FL as soon as the Thanksgiving Turkey is eaten. Now, if you will tell me the part of FL the SOB is in, I'm sure I can sic someone on his hindend for you. JEEZE. Some come along in life with the feeling of entitlement and always out to use. Fetch and carry? NOPE, I'd put an end to that in a big hurry.

Funny thing is the parent/s who are half assed parents yet think their kids OWE them for having them. And expect the kid/s to kiss their a** til they croak. And hold inheritance over their heads...or else. One of his daughters split out of state. Got successful and married more success. And has little to do with the old jerk. Sad that his son basically hung him on his sis who is dieing day by day. Brother doesnt know it. She did finally tell her dad about her ongoing battle with cancer. But, it didnt seem to soften the old jackass any. His money and selfishness is more important than his daughters needs. Sad. My parents would have sacrificed anything for me in need. And I for them. It is called...L O V E!!!

~ ugh, bummer. I think the guy that helped replace my kitchen light accidentally made off with my one "good" tape measure. Son needed me to measure the truck wheel base and I can't find it anywhere, it's bright yellow, how can I miss it!!! UGH ..... so I used a string and then calculated it out with a smaller one. I still might have misplaced it. I cleaned out my junk drawer and made sure all the tool stuff was in the tool box but it wasn't there either. ugh.

Any newer vehicle has all the stats on line. Edmonds, Hemmings and more. I searched for my square for over two years. I swore some delivery guy nabbed it off the loggia bench. Finally broke down and bought a new one. So took stuff to the semi and stowed and cleaned and moved stuff. And there under a box lay my square. I must have used it building the shelves and left it there. ARGH!!! Oh well..the new one has huge black numbers. Although paint so who knows how long they last. Joe ticks me off cause he uses a tool, sticks in pocket and takes home. Hey DUMBASS...Or he takes it to the shop and leaves it and I hunt high and low for it. Ask him on phone..oh it is down there. I b*tch, bring it back to where it was. May use it again. GRRRR! And when I NEED it..cant find it. Leave my tools in place! I get down to his shop sometime again, I think I am going to move stuff all over. Pay backs! lol
