Decent, honest men...you think you've found one and all of a sudden he changes...guess they move quicker than we do. Where they have gone I don't know, but they seem to have fled Southern California. Of course I may be looking in the wrong places. LOL..sometimes I feel like I am banging my head against a wall.
Someone who wants to get to know the real me.....and not just jump in the sack...I know he is out there somewhere.

Well, sometimes angels that are sent to others, get lost. Some never find their way home, or fulfill the dreams that were meant to be. Some are still grabbing at the stars, for the are trapped in the darkness of this cruel world. Some just crash into the deep valleys, never to be found again, or even remembered. I feel that I was such as that to you. I thought that something could have been, but when I thought that, I feel as though the path that I was about to gone on, disappeared into the night, and I had no stars to hold to light my way. It's as though all the thoughts that I had, fell into the deep valleys, no one to find them or be remembered. The sun shined for everyone else but I, now I am not in the darkness anymore, just in the dusk, for there is no light, no darkness, just being. I thought you could have been an angel, maybe I'm not that blessed enough to have my own.
there are still honest, decent, romantic guys out there. Go to my profile and read what is there, it is for all the beautiful ladies such as yourself, for if it weren't for you ladies, us men would be nothing.

descent and honest men still exist, and there's plenty of them here on this site. it;s a matter of weeding through the ones that may not b up to your personal standards.

Yes there are decent and honest men out there, it is just as everyone has pointed out, that you have to weed through all of the bad one to find the good ones. Just remember there are women out there that do the same thing as men. Just be honest about who and what you are and you will eventually find what you are looking for and that goes for both men and women. I have to say that I have found the man of my dreams but it did take along time!!! Just weed through the bad one and you will find Mr Right..

you make very good points but in my perception and experience it seems like women want those qualities but fail to recognize them because they judge a man by his wallet and what he drives. I think wanting sex is more a psychological reason rather than the sex itself. people have insecurities that they feel are being satisfied by sexual acts and should probably see a therapist. immaturity would have to be a factor too. because of women that believe that men only want sex it makes it difficult for me to meet the person that would be my match. I dont feel that I will. If your dreaming then I must be ,too

I will have to say, yes there is some decent men left here on earth today. They are hard to find and ladies keep your head up, and know that you deserve to find that special someone that will love you un-conditionaly. Men this goes for you to, there are special women and honest women that is looking for that special man who is willing to share their hearts.

stormygirl you sure got that right!!!!!!!!! i'm wondering if their are any decent honest women in this world. not that i'm heaven sent or anything great like that but i damn sure ain't from hell.any woman that thinks that all we want is sex is a woman who doesn't know a damn thing about men. she is probably schooled in psychology by oprah or jerry or both.she is a woman who takes pride in thinking she knows us better than anyone else by virtue of her gender.long story short, she spends too much time 'thinking' and no time learning. (unless she is reading this post). we are no more sexual than the average woman. women respond to audiological stimuli where as men respond to visual stimuli.women hear what makes them hungry fpr more and men see what makes us hungry for more.should i stop here and let you armchair psychologists catch up? we men get hungry and we get tired too. we would also like a beer or ten now and again. for you women that thnk you know us, let me tell you what you really need to know...one of the best features of being a human being is that you can tell yourself anything you want to believe.so, for you ladies who are college educated and not oprah educated, yes there are men in this world who are honest.to wit: my self.it's an easier and better life to live anyway. so, for you oprah schooled women, i'm afraid to learn from you what stage or stages of the five psycho-sexual stages of development you are latched on to. god loves you, but i love you more!!!!!

Depends on who you ask. If you ask me? Well I'm very honest and loving and caring. And I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. But other people can use these same heart wrenching tear jerking lovely words just to lie. Sex is good and important for a relationship but true honesty and really caring about a person is more important to me than anything else in the world. Because men that have true love in their heart will stay with someone for the long run, through the good and bad. Players will run at first mention of having to pay for rent or groceries or responsibilities. Players will be players. Liars will be liars. And men that are truly looking for love stand alone. And like the Mister said before me they are few and far between.SSminnow

There are plenty of decent men and women out here.It's finding them thats the probablem. Your right, just when you think your doing the right thing you find out it's all wrong. I was with a gal for a year and 3 months, I have done all I can to treat her right, and I am loved dearly by her twin daughters, they are only 8. The probablens are that no matter what I tryed to do she finds fault in it. She lives in a verry small appartment. she loves carnations. I bought her a dozen carnations just because, and it wasnt thank you their beautiful, it was,NOW WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH THESE!So nice good honest guys are out here,and so are the women, its finding them that is hard. My profile says Im just checking it out and thats all Im doing at this point.Im not ready for another relationship this one took alot out of me and Im just checking this site out. The other thing is you probably wont find your love here, more likely in here their lying about something, not all but alot of people are.I've seen enough of that on other sites and in females I have met from other sites, but it goes both ways, men and women alike.
